Փաշինյանների ընտանիքն արդեն ապրում է նոր առանձնատանը. մամուլի տեսություն
POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Փաշինյանների ընտանիքն արդեն ապրում է նոր հիմնանորոգված առանձնատանը։ Մենք օրեր առաջ գրել էինք, որ կառավարական ամառանոցների տարածքում՝ Կոնդում բուռն շինարարություն է ընթանում։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, հիմնանորոգվում էր այն առանձնատունը, որտեղ վերջին տարիներին ապրել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը։
Փաշինյանների ընտանիքը որոշել էր փոխել առանձնատունը՝ քանի որ հինը չէին հավանում, իսկ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ապրած շենքում առանց հիմնանորոգման չեն ցանկացել ապրել, համարելով, որ այն բավարար բարեկեցիկ չէ եւ հին տիրոջ աուրան է թեւածում։
Քանի որ «Կոնդի առանձնատների տնտեսություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի կառավարման լիազորությունն անցել է կառավարության աշխատակազմին, զանգահարել էինք կառավարություն, որտեղից մեզ ասել էին, որ 2019 թվականի ընթացքում ոչ միայն Սերժ Սարգսյանի, այլեւ ընդհանուր թվով 8 առանձնատուն՝ գումարած կաթսայատունը, ընթացիկ վերանորոգումների են ենթարկվում։ Հարցին, թե դա ինչով է դա պայմանավորված, ասել էին․ «Պայմանավորված է ընթացիկ վերանորոգումներով, սա տնտեսություն է, որում մշտապես վերանորոգման խնդիրներ են առաջանում․ ջրահեռացում, բարեկարգում եւ այլն»։
Սակայն մենք պարզել էինք, որ սա ընթացիկ վերանորոգում չէ՝ փոխվում է տառացիորեն ամեն ինչ՝ սենյակների դասավորությունը, դիզայնը, միայն արտաքին պատերն են մնալու նույնը։ Մեր աղբյուրների վկայությամբ, ծախսվում է մոտ 2 միլիոն դոլար՝ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից։ Առանձնատունը հիմնանորոգվում է, որպեսզի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ընտանիքը տեղափոխվի նոր մասնաշենք։
Նախօրեին՝ Սինգապուրի վարչապետի տիկնոջ հյուրընկալության լուսանկարներից պարզ դարձավ, որ ամառանոցի հիմնանորոգումն ավարտված է եւ վարչապետի ընտանիքն արդեն ապրում է նոր շքեղ շենքում։
Հետաքրքիր է՝ արդյոք վարչապետը լայվ կմտնի՞ այս առանձնատնից, ինչպես արեց անցած տարի՝ երբ նոր էր տեղափոխվել կառավարական ամառանոց։ Եւ կցուցադրի՞ արդյոք նոր առանձնատան ողջ ինտերիերը՝ սկսած արտաքնոցներից, վերջացրած բակով։ Մեզ ասացին, որ նոր առանձնատունը էականորեն տարբերվում է նախորդից, այստեղ անգամ վարսավիրանոց կա՝ հատուկ առաջին տիկնոջ համար կառուցված։
