Գյումրու մաքսատան հարցը օդի մեջ է, մինչեւ ամսի 11-ը չի բացվելու, քանի որ չեն հասցում. ավտոներկրող

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օգնական Նաիրի Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ մաքսային գների խնդիրը վարչապետինն է, նա այդ հարցով խնդրելու է Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ու Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյին, որ 2 ամիս էլ հնարավորություն տան այդ կուտակվածը ներկրելուն։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 3-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց Ավտոներկրողների միության նախագահ Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը, երբ դուրս եկավ Նաիրի Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպումից։ Նշենք, որ ավտոներկրողները Կառավարության դիմաց բողոքի ակցիա էին կազմակերպել։

 

Ավտոներկրողներն ասացին, որ Հայաստան այս պահին աննախադեպ ծավալի մեքենաներ են ներկրվում, եւ վտանգ կա, որ ներկրողները չեն հասնի մինչեւ հունվարի 1-ը մաքսազերծել, նրանք պահանջում էին Կառավարությունից, որ երկարաձգեն ժամկետը։ Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը հանդիպեց Նաիրի Սարգսյանի հետ եւ ստացավ համաձայնություն, որ մինչեւ հունիսի 1-ը հին կարգով նրանք կկարողանան Ռուսաստանի եւ Ղազախստանի քաղաքացիներին վաճառել մեքենաները. «Նաիրի Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ հին կարգով կարող ենք մինչեւ հունիսի 1-ը Ղազախստանի եւ ՌԴ քաղաքացիների հետ մեքենաների գործարքներ անել, էդ մի հարցը լուծված է: Ինչ վերաբերում է մաքսազերծման արտոնության 2 ամսով երկարացմանը, ասացին, որ մեկ շաբաթ անց կկարողանան պատասխանել: Այնպես որ, մեկ շաբաթից նորից հավաքվում ենք այստեղ։ Նաիրին ասաց, որ մաքսային գների խնդիրը վարչապետինն է, նա այդ հարցով խնդրելու է Պուտինին ու Լուկաշենկոյին պիտի խնդրի, որ 2 ամիս էլ հնարավորություն տան այդ կուտակվածը, որ չի մտնում Հայաստան»։

 

 

Գյումրու մաքսատան հետ կապված Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը հայտնեց, որ Նաիրի Սարգսյանն իրեն ասել է, որ մինչեւ հունվարի 11-ը այն չի գործելու. «Գյումրու մաքսատան հարցը օդի մեջ է, մինչեւ ամսի 11-ը չի բացվելու, քանի որ չեն հասցում»։

 

Ավտոներկրողներից մեկը դժգոհում էր, որ ներկայիս կադրերը իրավիճակին չեն տիրապետում, քանի որ մեծ խնդիրներ են առաջանալու մաքսատունը Գյումրի տեղափոխելու հետ կապված. «Մենակ խոսում են՝ չես բերելու Գյումրի, տար վրացիքին վրա ծախի: Ասում եմ՝ էս ձմեռվա շեմին, այդքան երթեւեկության պատճառով քանի՞ մարդ է զոհվում Հայաստանում, հիմա էլ Գյումրու ճամփեքին զոհվենք: Ասում է՝ հա ինչ անենք, այնքան մարդ է զոհվում: Եվ այս մարդիկ ենթակա են վարչապետին, հենց ՊԵԿ-ի մաքսային ղեկավարներն են նման հայտարարություն արել, հենց ՃՈ պետի կողքը»։

 

Նշենք, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ում ապրանքների մաքսային դրույքաչափերն էապես ավելի էին Հայաստանում գործող դրույքաչափերից, ուստի Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցության առաջին 5 տարիների համար շուրջ 780 ապրանքատեսակների մասով ստացավ ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային դրույքաչափերի ներդրման տարաժամկետում, այսինքն այդ դրույքաչափերը պետք է ներդրվեն 2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից: Դրույքաչափերը վերաբերում են նաեւ մարդատար մեքենաներին։

 

Այժմ Հայաստանում թեթեւ մարդատար ավտոմեքենաների մաքսազերծման համար սահմանին վճարվում է 0-20 տոկոս բնապահպանական վճար, 20 տոկոս ավելացված արժեքի հարկ (ԱԱՀ) եւ 10 տոկոս մաքսատուրք։

 

ԵԱՏՄ-ի դրույքաչափերն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո ԱԱՀ-ն ու բնապահպանական վճարը չեն փոխվի, բայց մաքսատուրքերն էապես կավելանան:

 

Զրոյական դրույքաչափ կկիրառվի միայն ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետություններից մեքենաների ներմուծման դեպքում:
