SOCIETYՈստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արմավիրի մարզի Մուսալեռ գյուղում մի տղամարդ սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ է կատարել մի անչափահաս աղջկա նկատմամբ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 3–ին, տեղեկանում ենք ոստիկանության լրատվական կայքից։ Ոստիկանները ճշտել են տեղեկության հավաստիությունը, տուժողի և կասկածյալի ինքնությունը:
Ըստ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների՝ 63-ամյա տղամարդը շուրջ 3 տարի առաջ անապահով վիճակում գտնվող աղջկան ու նրա մորը իր տանը ապաստան է տրամադրել: Տղամարդը 2016-2017 թվականներին օգտվելով անչափահաս աղջնակի անօգնական վիճակից և նրա մոր բացակայությունից պարբերաբար սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ է կատարել նրա նկատմամբ:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով պարզվել է նաև, որ 63-ամյա տղամարդը սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ է կատարել իր տանը հյուրընկալված աղջնակի ընկերուհու նկատմամբ:
Ոստիկանության բաժին հրավիրված 13-ամյա աղջիկը նույնպես ոստիկաններին ներկայացրել է իր հետ կատարվածը: Նրա մայրը ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում է ներկայացրել հանցագործության մասին:
Ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ ճշտվել է կասկածյալի գտնվելու վայրը: Նա սեպտեմբերի 21-ին հայտնաբերվել է իր աշխատավայրում և, անչափահասների նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բռնի գործողություններ կատարելու կասկածանքով, բերման ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին:
Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 139-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: 63-ամյա տղամարդը կալանավորված է: Քննությունը շարունակվում է:
