Ռուսական ինքնաթիռի կործանումը կունենա վտանգավոր զարգացումներ. թուրքագետ

ՀՀ ԳԱԱ արեւելագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը Սիրիայի սահմանին թուրքական օդուժի կողմից ռուսական ռազմական ինքնաթիռի ոչնչացումն առաջարկում է դիտարկել ոչ թե երկկողմ տիրույթում` Ռուսաստան եւ Թուրքիա, այլ` եռակողմ: Քանի որ Թուրքիան ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ պետություն է, հետեւաբար, սա նաեւ միջադեպ է ՆԱՏՕ-ի եւ ՌԴ-ի միջեւ:
Սաֆրաստյանը միջադեպն անվանում է վտանգավոր` հավելելով, որ այն կմեծացնի լարվածությունը Թուրքիայի եւ ՌԴ-ի միջեւ եւ կարող է ունենալ վտանգավոր զարգացումներ: «Պետք է սպասել` տեսնել, թե ինչ որոշում կընդունեն կողմերը: Կասեի, որ հիմնական եւ գլխավոր որոշում կայացնողը Մոսկվան է»,- ասաց Սաֆրաստյանը` չբացառելով, որ որոշումը կարող է լինել շատ խիստ: Միաժամանակ, թուրքագետը չի բացառում նաեւ, որ ինքնաթիռի կործանումը կարող է թուրքական սադրանք լինել, որպեսզի ՌԴ-ն հրաժարվի Սիրիայում ռազմական գործողությունները շարունակելուց: Ըստ Սաֆրաստյանի, ներկա դրությամբ այդ տարածքը թուրք-սիրիական սահմանի միակն հատվածն է` մոտավորապես 96 կմ, որ վերահսկում են «Իսլամական պետության» գրոհայինները: Հետեւաբար, Թուրքիային անհրաժեշտ է ամեն կերպ պահել այդ իրավիճակը: Սաֆրաստյանը հիշեցնում է, որ մի քանի օր առաջ Թուրքիան անգամ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդին բողոք-նամակ է գրել` պահանջելով, որպեսզի այդ հատվածում ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցվեն:
«Այդ շրջանում թուրքական ցեղերից կազմված զինված ջոկատներ կան, որոնք կռվում են «Իսլամական պետության» շարքերում: Նրանք կռվում են Սիրիայի պետական բանակի դեմ, եւ ռուսական օդուժը հարվածներ է հասցնում «Իսլամական պետության» դիրքերին հենց այդ շրջաններում: Թուրքիան փորձում է առնել դրա դեմը եւ մի քանի օր առաջ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդին բողոք նամակ էր ներկայացրել: Դա միակ սահմանն է Սիրիայի եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ, որը գտնվում է «Իսլամական պետության» վերահսկողության տակ: Հենց այդ տարածքով է կատարվում «Իսլամական պետության» սնուցումը: Այդ հատվածում ԻՊ գրոհայինները նավթ են արտադրում եւ տեղափոխում Թուրքիա: Ամսական օգուտը կազմում է 40 միլիոն դոլար: Դա է պատճառը, որ ռուսական օդուժը հենց այդ հատվածում էր ռազմական գործողություններ կատարում, որպեսզի կապը կտրի ԻՊ-ի հետ»,- ասաց Սաֆրաստյանը` հավելելով, որ կատարված միջադեպը հերթական անգամ փաստում է Թուրքիայի համագործակցությունն ու հովանավորությունը «Իսլամական պետությանը»: Սաֆրաստյանի գնահատմամբ, այդ մասին գիտեն նաեւ Արեւմուտքում: Արեւմուտքում քաջատեղյակ են, որ Թուրքիան իր սահմանը բաց է պահում եւ աջակցում ԻՊ-ին, սակայն աչք են փակում այդ փաստի վրա:
Թուրքիայի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբը հայտարարություն է տարածել Սիրիայի տարածքում կործանված ռուսական ռազմական ինքնաթիռի վերաբերյալ: ԶՈՒգլխավոր շտաբից հաստատել են, որ ինքնաթիռը կործանել են թուրքական F-16-ները: Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հաստատել է, որ Սիրիա յիտարածքում ենթադրաբար ցամաքից արձակված կրակոցներից կործանված ինքնաթիռը պատկանել է Ռուսաստանին: Ռուսական կողմը հավաստիացնում է, որկործանված ինքնաթիռը չի հատել Թուրքիայի օդային սահմանը, ինչն ամրագրված է հսկման օբյեկտիվ մեխանիզմներով:
