Լավրովը պետք է արձագանքի Ալիևի՝ Արցախի մասին հայտարարությանը. Հովհաննես Իգիթյան
POLITICSԱլիևը հակասում է ոչ միայն ինքն իրեն, այլև Մինսկի խմբի տասնյակ տարիների ամբողջ գործընթացին: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 4–ին խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ Արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հայտարարությանը, թե «Արցախը Ադրբեջանն է և վերջ»:
«Մինսկի խմբի բոլոր փաստաթղթերում որպես սկզբունք նշված է ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման հարցը, և այդ հարցը Մինսկի խմբում սկսել են քննարկել, որովհետև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդն արդեն ինքնորոշվել է»,–ասաց նա, ապա անդրադարձավ ՌԴ արտգործ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարության վերաբերյալ արձագանքին.
«Լավրովը վերջերս անդրադարձել էր ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «Արցախը Հայաստանն է և վերջ» հայտարարությանը՝ ասելով, որ դա չի նպաստում բանակցությունների գործընթացը սկսելու մթնոլորտին: Ճիշտ է, վարչապետի խոսքը մի փոքր սխալ էին թարգմանել, սակայն ես սպասում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանը, որպես Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ հանդիսացող երկիր, որը պետք է չեզոք լինի, նման հայտարարություն պետք է անի նաև Ալիևի հայտարարության հետ կապված և ես նման արձագանք սպասում եմ նաև Լավրովից»,-ասաց Իգիթյանը:
Պատգամավորն ընդգծեց՝ եթե Ադրբեջանը համարում է, որ ԼՂ-ն իր տարածքն է, ապա ի՞նչ բանակցությունների մասին պետք է խոսք գնա. «Նման հայտարարությամբ Ադրբեջանը ցույց է տալիս, որ չի տեսնում խաղաղ բանակացությունների շարունակություն»,-ասաց պատգամավորը:
