Առանձնապես խոշոր հափշտակության կասկածանքով քրգործ է հարուցվել սոցիալական սպասարկման կենտրոնի տնօրենի դեմ

ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության «Տնային պայմաններում միայանակ տարեցների և հաշմանդամների սոցիալական սպասարկման կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի ապօրինությունների վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայությունից։
ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենը, ըստ քննությանն այս պահին հայտնի տվյալների՝ 2012 թվականից մինչ վերջին օրերս հափշտակել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 28․072․858 դրամ։
Մասնավորապես, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, ՊՈԱԿ-ի տարբեր հաստիքներում հրամանագրել է իր հարազատներին, որոնք փաստացի աշխատանքի չեն ներկայացել, իսկ նրանց անվամբ ՊՈԱԿ-ի դրամարկղից դուրս գրված աշխատավարձի, ինչպես և պարգևավճարի գումարները՝ ընդհանուր 25․369․888 դրամ, առձեռն ստացել և յուրացրել է։ Բացի այդ, ըստ քննությանն այս պահին հայտնի տվյալների՝ կազմակերպության հաշվեկշռում գտնվող անսարք երկու տրանսպորտային միջոցի չշահագործվելու պայմաններում 2016-2019 թվականների ընթացքում նշված ավտոմեքենաների երթուղային թերթերում, պահանջագրերում և վառելիքի շարժի վերաբերյալ ամփոփ տեղեկագրերում մտցրել է կեղծ տեղեկություններ, ինչի արդյունքում առձեռն ստացել և յուրացրել է տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար ՊՈԱԿ-ի կողմից ձեռք բերված ընդհանուր 2․708․970 դրամի՝ 7550 լիտր բենզինի կտրոնները։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերից վատնման եղանակով հափշտակվել են նաև կազմակերպության հաշվեկշռում գտնվող, սակայն տնօրենի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների կարիքների համար շահագործված մեկ այլ ավտոմեքենայի համար ՊՈԱԿ-ի դրամարկղից դուրս գրված 3010 լիտր բենզինի, ինչպես և վարորդի անվամբ դուրս գրված աշխատավարձի և պարգևավճարի գումարները՝ ընդհանուր 3․916․815 դրամ։
Դեպքերի առթիվ հոկտեմբերի 3-ին ոստիկանությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել և ուղարկվել քննչական կոմիտե՝ հետագա քննության։
