Մենք պատրաստ ենք աջակցություն ցուցաբերել մեր համակարգի հաջող ներդրմանը եւ ԵՏՄ տրանզիտային ներուժի բարձրացմանը։ Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 1-ին «Թվային ֆինանսական տեխնոլոգիաներ՝ Եվրասիական մայրցամաքի վճարայի համակարգի ինտեգրման նոր հնարավորությունները՝ տրանսպորտային լոգիստիկայում» խորագրով նիստի ժամանակ ասաց ընկերությունների all.me խմբի տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Արտակ Թովմասյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ այն լուծումները, որ տալիս է all.me-ն, բլոկչեյնի տեխնոլոգիաներն են, վճարային ծառայություն, որը հետագայում տրանսֆորմացվում է լիարժեք վճարային համակարգի։ «Մաքսատուն-պահեստ-ընկերություն-առաքում-տարբեր վճարումներ-տուրքեր-ԱԱՀ եւ այլն» շղթան որոշակի դժվարություններ է ներկայացնում գործընթացի կազմակերպիչների եւ մասնակիցների համար, սակայն ամենակարեւորը՝ շատ ժամանակ է պահանջում։ «Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ ես կարծում եմ, որ նոր տեխնոլոգիաների, մասնավորապես, ԵՏՄ շրջանակում բլոկչեյն-տեխնոլոգիաների հիման վրա վճարային համակարգերի ներդրումը կօգնի վճարային ծառայությունների զարգացմանը եւ ծառայությունների վրա ծախսվող միջոցների նվազեցմանը»,- նշեց նա։

all.me-ի տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահն ասաց, որ, որպես կանոն, սովորական անդրսահմանային փոխանցումը այսօր տեղի է ունենում SWIFT համակարգի միջոցով, եւ դրան երկու կողմից էլ մասնակցում են բանկ-թղթակիցներ, որի արդյունքում նրանց եւ ստացողի միջեւ առնվազն երկու միջնորդ է լինում։ «Մեր վճարային համակարգում պետք չէ պատվիրատուի բանկ, պետք չէ ուղարկողի բանկ- թղթակից, ուղարկող բանկ։ Ցանկացած մասնակից, որ գրանցվել է մեր համակարգում, կարող է մեկ վայրկյանում ինքն իրականացնել վճարումը համակարգի ներսում, եւ ապագայում կկարողանա վճարել անհրաժեշտ հարկերը կամ այլ պարտադիր վճարներ։ Դա բառացիորեն վայրկյաններ կտեւի, իսկ լոգիստիկան կարող է իրականացվել առանց միջնորդավճարների, առանց կորուստների»,- ասաց Թովմասյանը։

 

Նա հավելեց, որ շատերն այսօր վախենում են այս կամ այն թվային արժույթների ներմուծումից, եւ խնդիրն այն է, որ կենտրոնական բանկերը եւ կարգավորողները չեն ուսումնասիրել բոլոր թվային ակտիվների ներկա վիճակը։ «Ի՞նչ կարող է առաջարկել մեր համակարգը ԵՏՄ երկրներին։ Մեր համակարգը կարող է առաջարկել կատարել Stablecoin, այսինքն վերցնել տվյալ երկրների արժույթի միջին կուրսը եւ նրանց համար ստեղծել Stablecoin, որը նրանց համար կլիներ միասնական վճարային թվային միավոր՝ ԵՏՄ շրջանակներում»,- ասաց նա։

Թովմասյանը պարզաբանեց, որ all.me համակարգի ներսում երեք բաղադրիչ կա՝ meNetwork-ը, meMarket-ը եւ mePay-ը, որը ինովացիոն վճարային լուծում է։ all.me էկոհամակարգը նաև թվային արժույթ ունի՝ ME Token։

 

«Ստացվում է, որ մեր ME Token-ում նախագծի մասնակիցները կարող են վճարումներ իրականացնել ոչ միայն համակարգի ներսում, այլեւ համակարգից դուրս, այսինքն՝ սովորական կյանքում եւ աշխարհի ցանկացած կետում։ Ըստ էության, սա վճարման նոր գործիք է, եւ այն կարելի է օգտագործել աշխարհի ցանկացած կետում։ Օգտատերը նաեւ հնարավորություն կունենա վարկենական եւ օրինական կերպով վաճառել այդպիսի թոքենը եւ վճարել արդեն ֆիատային միջոցներով, օրինակ, Visa եւ Mastercard վճարային քարտերի միջոցով»,- ամփոփեց Թովմասյանը։
