ՀԴԲ-ն հարցաքննել է ռուս պատգամավորին Նյու Յորքի օդանավակայանում. ԶԼՄ-ներ

ՀԴԲ-ի աշխատակիցը Նյու Յորքի օդանավակայանում մեկ ժամ շարունակ հարցաքննել է լրագրող, Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Ինգա Յումաշեւային, որը ժամանել էր «Ֆորտ-Ռոս երկխոսություն» ֆորումին, որը անցկացվում է հոկտեմբերի 6-ին, կիրակի հայտարարել է լրագրողներին ԱՄՆ-ում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Անատոլի Անտոնովը, հաղորդում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի-ն:

Դիվանագիտական առաքելության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ օդանավակայանում պատգամավորին բերման էին ենթարկել եւ տարել առանձին տարածք, որտեղ նրան սպասում էր ՀԴԲ-ի աշխատակիցը: Նրա խոսքով՝ Յումաշեւային տվել են բոլորովին անհասկանալի, ոչ հստակ եւ անընդունելի հարցեր:

«Դեռ ավելին,  նրան առաջարկվել է հանդիպել ՀԴԲ-ի աշխատակցի հետ ոչ ֆորմալ միջավայրում, եւ շարունակել այդ շփումը»,-հայտնել է Անտոնովը: Նա նշել է, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է քաղաքականությանը եւ Պետդումայի պատգամավորին, որը վերջին տարիներին շատ աշխատանք է տարել ռուս-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների զարգացման եւ կայունացման ուղղությամբ:

«Ես չեմ կարող պատկերացնել ինչ կլիներ, եթե մեր համապատասխան ծառայությունները բերման ենթարկեին որեւէ մեկին, օրինակ, սենատից կամ կոնգրեսի ներքին պալատից: Օրինակ՝ այն սենատորներին, որոնք բղավում էին, որ չեն ստացել վիզա, կամ նրանց, ովքեր ստացել էին վիզա եւ ժամանել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն: Չեմ պատկերացնում ինչ կլիներ, եթե նրանց տանեին առանձին սենյակ, հարցաքննեին եւ հետո համապատասխան ներկայացուցիչն առաջարկեր սուրճ ըմպել Շերեմետեւոյի մոտակա ռեստորաններից մեկում», -նշել է դիվանագետը:

Յունաշեւայի հարցաքննության առնչությամբ Ռուսաստանի դեսպանատունն ուղղել է բողոքի նոտա պետդեպարտամենտին:

«Մենք որակում ենք այդպիսի գործողությունները որպես անընդունելի եւ զարհուրելի: Մենք հույս ունենք, որ մեզ կբացատրեն, թե ինչ են նշանակում այդպիսի զոնդաժային մոտեցումները Պետական դումայի պատգամավորի նկատմամբ»,-ասել է Անտոնովը:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ դիվանագիտական առաքելության ղեկավարը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ ՀԴԲ-ի գործողություններն ուղղված չէին ֆորումի ձախողմանը:

Ավելի վաղ Ռուսաստանում ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպանատունը վիզաներ չէր տրամադրել ռուս պատվիրակությանը Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 74-րդ նստաշրջանին մասնակցելու համար: Նախքան այդ, ռուս պատվիրակությանն ամերիկյան վիզաներ չէին տրամադրվել Միջուկային փորձարկումների համապարփակ արգելման պայմանագրի շուրջ համաժողովին մասնակցելու համար:

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հերքել է ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպանատան պնդումը, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է «մասնավոր դեպքին»: Նա նշել է, որ փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են ամերիկյան կողմի համար ընդունելի ժամկետներում:
