Ընթանում է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և մյուսների գործով դատական նիստը (ուղիղ)
POLITICSԵրևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում՝ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի նախագահությամբ շարունակվում է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և մյուսների գործով հերթական նիստը։
Այսօրվա դատական նիստի ընթացքում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական թիմը պատրաստվում է ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն ներկայացնել դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին։
Ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն ներկայացնելու մտադրության մասին նախորդ դատական նիստին հայտնել էր պաշտպան Հայկ Ալումյանը՝ պատճառաբանելով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ դատավորի դրսևորած վարքագիծը։
Նշենք, որ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը մերժել էր երկրորդ նախագահին ազատ արձակել Սահմանադրական դատարանի սեպտեմբերի 4–ի որոշման հիմքով, ապա նաև մերժել էր պաշտպանների ներկայացրած գրավի միջնորդությունը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 25–ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանը որոշում կայացրեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի եւ մյուսների վերաբերյալ գործի վարույթը կասեցնելու առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի մայիսի 18–ի որոշումը բեկանել եւ գործն ուղարկել նոր քննության, իսկ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանավորել։
Այս գործով մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում են ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ նախկին գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը եւ ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գեւորգյանը։ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը եւ Սեյրան Օհանյանը մեղադրվում են սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը՝ ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու եւ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու, իսկ Արմեն Գեւորգյանը՝ ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելուն օժանդակելու, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու եւ հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքն օրինականացնելու մեջ: Այս գործով կալանքի տակ է միայն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։ Երկրորդ նախագահը կալանավորվել է երեք անգամ. վերջինը՝ հունիսի 25-ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանի որոշմամբ։
Սեյրան Օհանյանի եւ Արմեն Գեւորգյանի նկատմամբ, որպես փախանման միջոց է ընտրված՝ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը, իսկ Խաչատուրովի նկատմամբ՝ գրավը։
