POLITICSԵթե մեր կառավարությունը շարունակի այսպես աշխատել ու արդարադատությունը շարունակվի այսպես, Հայաստան ներդրումներ չեն գալու։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 7–ին դատարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գևորգյանը՝ պարզաբանելով իր՝ երկրից մեկ շաբաթով մեկնելու անհրաժեշտությունը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր «Մարտի մեկի» գործով սահմանադրական կարգի տապալմանն օժանդակելու մեջ մեղադրվող Արմեն Գևորգյանի պաշտպան Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը միջնորդեց դատարանին՝ վերացնել Արմեն Գևորգյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոցը՝ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը, իսկ դրա անհնարինության դեպքում՝ թույլ տալ նրան մեկ շաբաթով բացակայել հանրապետությունից։
Արմեն Գևորգյանը նշեց՝ իր իրավունքները խախտվել են, ինչն արձանագրել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը։
«Միջնորդությունը բացառապես քմահաճույքի խնդիր չէ, անհրաժեշտություն է, ու մենք այդ քննարկմանը սպասել ենք մոտավորապես կես տարի», - ասաց նա։
Նախկին փոխվարչապետը միաժամանակ մեջբերեց իրեն պատկանող «Արինս գրուպ» ընկերության գրությունն ուղղված դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին, որում նշված էր, թե ընկերության խորհրդի անդամները երաշխավորում են Արմեն Գևորգյանի վերադարձը բժշկական զննումից հետո։
«Այստեղ ու կողքի դահլիճում նստած շատ մարդկանց փորձը վկայում է այն մասին, որ անգամ այս կարգավիճակով ես կարող եմ մեր պետության համար օգուտ բերել, օտարերկրյա ներդրումներ ներգրավել Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման համար, ինչը ոչ մեկի մոտ կասկած չպետք է առաջացնի, գոնե այս էտապում ու այս վիճակում»,-ասաց Արմեն Գևորգյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արմեն Գեւորգյանը մեղադրվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-300.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով եւ 190-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով` ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելուն օժանդակելու, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու եւ հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքն օրինականացնելու համար:
Գեւորգյանի նկատմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրված չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ դատարանը Գևորգյանի պաշտպանի միջնորդության վերաբերյալ որոշումը կհրապարակվի վաղը՝ հոկտեմբերի 8–ին, ժամը 13։00-ին։
