«Ջախ­ջա­խիչ հաղ­թա­նա­կի» առաս­պե­լը

Արցախում առաջիկա նախագահական ընտրությունների շուրջ ինտրիգը, բնականոն կերպով, էլ ավելի է սրվում: Այդ գործընթացին առանձնակի երանգ է հաղորդում հայաստանյան նոր իշխանությունների կողմից այս կամ այն թեկնածուին իբր աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու գործոնի օգտագործումը: 

Այսինքն, վաղուց գաղտնիք չէ, որ Արցախի նախագահի թեկնածուների շրջանում կան մարդիկ, որոնք բացահայտ կամ վատ քողարկված կերպով ամեն գնով փորձում են արցախցի ընտրողին հրամցնել այն գաղափարը, որ «ունեն Նիկոլի դաբրոն», և իբր դրանով է պայմանավորված լինելու առաջիկա ընտրությունների ելքը: 

Մյուս փաստարկը, որ օգտագործվում է՝ Արցախում ժողովրդականություն ունենալու հիմնավորումն է վերջերս կայացած ՏԻՄ մարմինների ընտրությունների պաշտոնական արդյունքներով:

Մասնավորապես, նախկին վարչապետ և օլիգարխ, իսկ այժմ խոշոր գործարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կուսակցությունը պնդում է, որ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում «ջախջախիչ հաղթանակ» է տարել: 

Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այս հայտարարություններն ուղղված են ոչ միայն Արցախի ներքին լսարանին, այլև Հայաստանի իշխանություններին: 

Դրանք նպատակ ունեն համոզել բոլորին, որ Արցախում «իրենց դեմ խաղ չկա»՝ ժողովուրդը կողմնորոշված է, իսկ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է միայն հիմնվելով այդ «փաստի» վրա ճիշտ որոշում կայացնեն: Եվ այստեղ է, որ պարզվում է շատ պնդումների մանիպուլ յատիվ բնույթը: 

Եվ առաջին հերթին առնվազն անհասկանալի է՝ այդ ո՞ւմ նկատմամբ է «ջախջախիչ հաղթանակ» տոնել կուսակցություններից մեկը, եթե գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը և դիտորդները պնդում էին, որ այս անգամ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններն, իրենց բնույթով, փաստացի ապաքաղաքական էին կամ քիչ քաղաքական: 

Սակայն ավելի խոսուն է բուն ընտրությունների արդյունքների վերլուծությունը: 

Քիչ թե շատ մանրամասն դիտարկման դեպքում պարզվում է հետևյալ հետաքրքրական պատկերը. «Ազատ Հայրենիք» կուսակցության թեկնածուները, ԱՀ ԿԸՀ-ի տվյալներով, ընդհանուր առմամբ 228 համայնքներից հաղթել են ընդամենը 61-ում: 

Իրավիճակի առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ դրանց կեսից ավելին՝ 33-ը, Քաշաթաղի շրջանում են: Ընդ որում, այդ 61 համայնքներից 28-ում «Ազատ Հայրենիքի» ներկայացուցիչները մրցակից չեն ունեցել ընդհանրապես: 

Այսինքն, այլընտրանք չի եղել: Եվս 10 համայնքում «Ազատ Հայրենիքի» թեկնածուները պայքարում էին միմյանց դեմ, այսինքն՝ կրկին ռեալ այլընտրանքի բացակայության պայմաններում են անցել ընտրությունները: 

Դրան զուգահեռ, համարյա բոլոր շրջաններում, որտեղ այդ այլընտրանքները եղել են, «Ազատ Հայրենիքի» թեկնածուները պարտվել են. Ասկերանի շրջանի 5 համայնքներում, Մարդակերտում՝ 7, Մարտունիում՝ 4 և Հադրութում՝ 2 համայնքներում: Այս պարագայում մնում է միայն ենթադրել, որ այդ «ջախջախիչ հաղթանակի» առասպելը զուտ մանիպուլ յատիվ նպատակ է հետապնդում:
