 Այսօր հայտարարություն է տարածել «Քաղաքացիական հարթակ» վերլուծական հասարակական կազմակերպությունը: Հայտարարության մեջ մասնավորաբար գրված է

Մեկտարիևավելինմերերկրումտեղիեն  ունենումգործընթացներ, որոնքահազանգենհետզհետեխորացողդատաիրավականուքաղաքականհամակարգիվերացման, նորիշխանականկլանիհաստատման, որոնցգործունեությանտրամաբանականշարունակությունըհանգեցնելուէքաղաքականուիրավականդեֆոլտի:

Դատարանների շրջափակում, հասարակության բևեռացում, հայաստանցի-արցախցի արհեստական բաժանում, ՍԴ-ի նախագահի դեմ տեղի ունեցող ռեպրեսիա, և ,իհարկե, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ապօրինի ազատազրկում: Սրանք, այսպես կոչված, նոր Հայաստանի նոր բարքերն են, որոնց առկայությամբ պայմանավորված վտանգված է լինելու մեր պետականության գոյությունը:

Մարտի 1-ի գործի շրջանակներում տարվող գործընթացները վկայությունն են, որ օրվա իշխանությունը չունի նպատակ բացահայտելու 10 զոհերի սպանության պատասխանատուներին, փոխարենը ունի հստակ նպատակ անազատության մեջ պահել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին:

Ակներև է, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները հակասահմանադրական են և որևէ առնչություն չունեն Մարտի մեկի դեպքերի հետ: Անտեսվել է Սահմանադրական դատականի  որոշումը, որը պարտադիր է բոլոր  պետական մարմինների համար, ինչպես նաև խախտվել է Սահմանադրությամբ և Կոնվենցիայով ամրագրված՝Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի անձնական ազատության և արդար դատաքննության իրավունքները:

Արձանագրում ենք, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը քաղաքական բանտարկյալ է, և պահանջում ենք օրվա իշխանություններից անհապաղ ազատ արձակել ՀՀ երկրորդ, ԼՂՀ առաջին, Արցախի հերոս Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին:
