Մասնավոր ինքնաթիռով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ ԱՄՆ կատարած այցը ակտիվ քննարկումների առարկա դարձավ: 

Մամուլում հայտնվեցին այն ճոխ «Gulfstream G550» ինքնաթիռի լուսանկարները, որով Փաշինյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մեկնել էր ԱՄՆ, և հայտնի դարձավ, որ այն պատկանում է ուկրաինացի քաղաքական գործիչ Նեստոր Իվանովիչ Շուֆրիչին: 

Պարզվեց, որ միայն դեպի ԱՄՆ չարտերային թռիչքը պետական բյուջեի համար արժեցել է ավելի քան 350 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: 

Սակայն նշված 165 մլն դրամը 35 հոգանոց պատվիրակության՝ ԱՄՆ այցելության ամբողջ գումարը չէ։ Կառավարության որոշմամբ, բյուջեից կառավարության անդամների արտասահմանյան գործուղումների համար լրացուցիչ հատկացվել է 250 մլն դրամ։ 

Ստացվում է, որ Փաշինյանի՝ ԱՄՆ կատարած այցը բավականին մեծ գումար է կազմել Հայաստանի նման աղքատ երկրի համար: Եվ պատահական չէ, որ համեմատություններ են տարվում Փաշինյանի՝ ԱՄՆ կատարած այցի և Սինգապուրի վարչապետի՝ Հայաստան կատարած այցերի միջև: 

Ի տարբերություն Հայաստանի, Սինգապուրը շատ բարձր զարգացման մակարդակ և ահռելի բյուջե ունեցող պետություն է, բայց Սինգապուրի վարչապետը նախընտրել էր Հայաստան այցելել Air Fance-ի կանոնավոր չվերթով՝ ավելորդ ծախսեր չանելու համար: 

Երբ Փաշինյանը դեռ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր էր, շատ էր սիրում խոսել պետբյուջեի համար ավելորդ ծախսերի կրճատման մասին:

Օրինակ՝ Փաշինյանի սիրած թեմաներից էր ծառայողական մեքենաների կրճատման հարցը, երբ վերջինս խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից բերում էր Դանիայի օրինակը, թե 5,6 մլն բնակչություն ունեցող երկրի տարեկան բյուջեն կազմում է 120 միլիարդ դոլար, իսկ ծառայողական մեքենաների թիվը 23-ն է, իսկ Դանիայի ամբողջ խորհրդարանին բաժին է ընկնում մեկ ծառայողական մեքենա:

Սակայն իշխանության գալուց հետո Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններն այդպես էլ մնացին օդում կախված: Իշխանափոխության առաջին տարում կառավարությունն առաջարկեց ծառայողական մեքենաները կրճատել 68-ով և թողնել 834-ը։ 

Տարվա ընթացքում դրանց թիվը դարձյալ ավելացավ, և ինչպես ներկայացված է 2020թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծում, հասել է 867-ի։

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, խնայողություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները և արդեն վարչապետ Փաշինյանի մոտեցումները էականորեն տարբերվում են:

Սա, իհարկե, Փաշինյանի դեպքում նորություն չէ, քանի որ վերջինս ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր եղած ժամանակ արել է նաև այնպիսի հայտարարություններ, որ հիմա գործնականում անում է դրանց հակառակը: 

Հեռու չգնալու համար հիշենք ԵՏՄ-ի անպիտան կառույց լինելու վերաբերյալ ընդդիմադիր Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները և համեմատենք հիմա արդեն ԵՏՄ-ի արդյունավետության վերաբերյալ վարչապետ Փաշինյանի հավաստիացումները:

Եթե վարչապետ Փաշինյանը ցանկություն ունի պահպանել իր բարձր վարկանիշը, ապա պետք է հետամուտ լինի ընդդիմադիր ժամանակ իր հայտարարությունների գոնե մի մասի գործնական կյանքում իրականություն դառնալուն, այլապես նախկինում իր կողմից արված հայտարարությունները հետապնդելու են իրեն և հանգիստ չեն տալու:
