ՀԷՑ-ում բացառում են ցանկացած տեսակի միջամտության հնարավորություն
POLITICSՆախօրեին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Էջմիածին կատարած այցի ժամանակ տեղի բնակիչներից մեկը բողոքեց, թե էլեկտրաէներգիայի նոր հաշվիչները ավել ծախս են գրանցում։
Խնդրի վերաբերյալ փորձեցինք պարզաբանում ստանալ ՀԷՑ-ից, որտեղից մեզ պատասխանեցին, որ ներկայիս սմարթ հաշվիչները բացառում են ցանկացած տեսակի միջամտություն՝ իսպառ վերացնելով մարդկային գործոնը. ցանկացած շեղում երևում է մի քանի տեղ, այսինքն՝ ցանկացած անճշտության դեպքում մի քանի տեղից ազդանշան է գալիս:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ընդհանրապես առանձին բնակիչների բողոքներին, թե ավելի շատ են սկսել վճարել, ապա, մեր ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ դրա գլխավոր պատճառն այն է, որ նախկինում բոլորին հայտնի պայմանավորվածությունները տեսուչների հետ այլևս ակտուալ չեն, իսկ դժգոհները, որպես կանոն, նախկինում այդ պայմանավորվածություններից օգտվողներն են:
Եթե դիտարկում ենք ՀԷՑ-ի 10 տարվա ներդրումային ծրագիրը, որի մասին անվերջ խոսում են, երևում է, որ ծրագրի մոտ 900 մլն դոլարից շուրջ 200 մլն-ն ուղղվում է հաշվառման ավտոմատացված համակարգերի ներդրմանը:
Թե ինչու է նման ահռելի գումար ներդրվում այս համակարգերի համար, ՀԷՑ-ից մշտապես արձագանքում են, թե պատճառը մեկն է՝ բացառել ցանկացած կասկած, թե որևէ մեկը կարող է վճարել կամ չվճարել իր ծախսածի չափով:
Ինչ վերաբերում է կոնկրետ բնակչի բողոքին, ՀԷՑ-ից հավաստիացրեցին, որ այսօրվա ընթացքում մանրամասն ուսումնասիրելու են կոնկրետ այդ բնակչի հետ կապված խնդիրը (հնարավորություն կա նաև մեկ ժամանոց ինտերվալով ստուգել վերջինիս ծախսը), ինչպես նաև Էջմիածնի ու ընդհանրապես Արմավիրի մարզի կորուստների մակարդակը նախորդ տարիների և ներկայիս դրությամբ։
