Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը թուրքմեն պաշտոնակցի հետ քննարկել է ընդհանուր օրակարգին առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ

Աշխաբադում կայանալիք ԱՊՀ ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստին ընդառաջ, ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 9-ին, հանդիպել է Թուրքմենստանի իր գործընկերոջ՝ Ռաշիդ Մերեդովի հետ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից։
Արտգործնախարարները շնորհավորել են միմյանց` Հայաստանի և Թուրքմենստանի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 27-ամյակի կապակցությամբ՝ երկուստեք կարևորելով համաժողովի շրջանակում երկկողմ ձևաչափով հանդիպման անցկացումը՝ որպես ևս մեկ քայլ՝ ուղղված երկու երկրների դարավոր բարեկամական հարաբերությունների առավել ամրապնդմանը։
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ նախարար Մնացականյանը նշել է. «Հայաստանի և Թուրքմենստանի միջև հարաբերություններն ունեն ամուր հիմքեր և պատմական խորն արմատներ, և դրանք մենք զարգացնում ենք մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ: Մենք ունենք համագործակցության տարբեր հարթակներ, մեր երկրների միջև երկխոսությունը շարունակվում է առաջին դեմքերի մակարդակով»:
Հայաստանի և Թուրքմենստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարները գոհունակություն են հայտնել պարբերաբար տեղի ունեցող բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունների և արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների միջև քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունների կապակցությամբ:
Կողմերն անդրադարձել են ԱՊՀ գործունեությանը և նրա առջև ծառացած մի շարք օրակարգային խնդիրների:
Արտգործնախարարները քննարկել են երկկողմ օրակարգին առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: Փոխադարձաբար ընդգծվել է առևտրատնտեսական կապերի, ոլորտային համագործակցության ծրագրերի իրականացման և գործարար, մշակութային շփումների աշխուժացման ուղղությամբ համատեղ քայլերի ձեռնարկումը: Այս գործընթացում կարևորվել է Թուրքմենստանի հայ համայնքի դերակատարությունը:
Նախարարները նաև գոհունակություն են հայտնել երկու երկրների տարածքում պահվող համապատասխանաբար հայկական և թուրքմենական պատմամշակութային ժառանգության և հուշարձանների նկատմամբ ցուցաբերվող հոգատար վերաբերմունքի առնչությամբ:
Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել Հայաստանի և Թուրքմենստանի միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների շուրջ և հույս հայտնել, որ վերջինիս անցկացումը նոր լիցք կհաղորդի երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում համագործակցության խորացմանը:
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը և Ռաշիդ Մերեդովը բարձր են գնահատել միջազգային կառույցների շրջանակներում երկու երկրների միջև հաստատված փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը և փոխադարձ աջակցությունը:
Հանդիպմանն արծարծվել են միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային օրակարգին առնչվող մի շարք հրատապ հարցեր:
