Հափշտակություն ոսկու շուկայի տաղավարից
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու ուրիշի գույքի զգալի չափերով գաղտնի հափշտակություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը։
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019թ. մայիսի 281-ին՝ ժամը 10:25-ի սահմաններում անհայտ անձինք, Երեւան քաղաքի Խորենացի փողոցում գործող ոսկու շուկայի տաղավարներից մեկից առերեւույթ հափշտակել են ոսկյա մատանի՝ պատճառելով զգալի չափերով գույքային վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ 02.06.19թ.-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ`ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել է դեպքի վայրի տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունը, որը ֆիքսել է առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց:
Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսապատկերված անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Ովքեր ճանաչում են տեսապատկերված անձանց, կամ որեւէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրանց ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, խնդրում ենք հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
