Երեւանում Եվրասիական միության գագաթաժողովի անցկացման կարեւոր պահերից մեկը դարձավ երկխոսությունը Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների միջեւ։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հոկտեմբերի 11-ին ասաց «Հանուն սոցիալական արդարության» կուսակցության նախագահ, «Ժողովրդի ձայնը» ակումբի փորձագետ Արման Ղուկասյանը։

 

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի եւ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների ռազմավարական բնույթը վերջին ժամանակներս դրսեւորվել է մի շարք ուղղություններում, մասնավորապես՝ Սիրիայում հումանիտար առաքելությանը Երեւանի մասնակցության, ռազմատեխնիկական եւ էներգետիկ ոլորտներում խոշոր երկկողմ նախագծերի իրականացման համատեքստում։ Ինչպես նշեց Ղուկասյանը,  Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձել է ապացուցել, որ ունեցել է լիարժեք, լիաֆորմատ բանակցություններ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հետ, բայց դա, ավելի շուտ, կարելի է անվանել չափազանցություն։ «Չէ՞ որ իրականում չի հայտարարվել որեւէ կարեւոր խնդրի լուծման մասին, որը եղել է երկկողմ օրակարգում՝ լինի գազի գինը, թե լարվածությունը «ՀԿԵՈւ»-ի կամ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ի հարցում։ Այս առնչությամբ արժե ուշադրություն դարձնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին Վլադիմիր Պուտինի առաջարկին՝ պաշտոնական այց կատարել Մոսկվա։ Դա կարելի է գնահատել որպես հրավեր հետագա առարկայական երկխոսության համար՝ առկա հարցերի ամբողջ ընդգրկմամբ»,- ամփոփել է Արման Ղուկասյանը։
