«Հավի ձվի պատմությունն է». Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ գործարարին
POLITICSՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 12-ին, «Իմ քայլը հանուն Արագածոտնի մարզի» ներդրումային բիզնես ծրագրերի համաժողովի ընթացքում մարզպետ Դավիթ Գեւորգյանի, Տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի ուղեկցությամբ քայլում է տաղավարներով։
Նա մոտեցավ Ֆիզիկա առարկայի լաբորատոր փորձասարքեր արտադրող՝ «Միկրոմ» ընկերությանը, որտեղ ներկայացուցիչը վարչապետին ներկայացրեց ընկերությունում առկա խնդիրները՝ արտահանման հետ կապված. «Արտահանման հետ կապված լուրջ խնդիրներ կան։ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգը եւ Արագածոտնի հետ քույր քաղաքներ են համարվում։ Այնտեղ 2008 թվականից սկսած խնդիրներ առաջացավ։ Հարցը այսպես դրեցին՝ եթե ձեր երկրում ձեզանից չեն գնում, մեզանից ի՞նչ եք ուզում»։
Վարչապետի հարցին՝ արդյոք Հայաստանում գնում են իրենց արտադրած սարքերը, ներկայացուցիչն ասաց, որ 2008 թվականից, երբ չինական արտադրության սարքերը սկսեցին ներմուծել Հայաստան, առեւտրաշրջանառությունը կանգնեց. «Հիմա «Հայ օգնության ֆոնդի» ֆինանսավորմամբ մենք Տավուշի մարզում լուրջ ծրագիր ենք անում»։
Ներկայացուցիչը վարչապետին դժգոհեց, որ օգոստոսի 8-ին մրցույթ է եղել Հայաստանում, սակայն իրենք չեն կարողացել մասնակցել. «Համաշխարհային բանկի մրցույթի չափորոշիչներն այնպիսին են, որ մենք չենք կարողանում բավարարել, տեղական արտադրող ենք։ Չենք կարողանում բավարարել, քանի որ այնտեղ կա դրված մի շեմ, որը մենք էտքանից պակաս շրջանառություն չունենանք»։
Վարչապետն էլ ասաց, որ դա արդեն մենեջմենթի խնդիր է, սակայն իր հանձնարարականով արտադրության ծավալների աճին կփորձեն աջակցել. «Հավի ձվի պատմությունն է, պետք է մասնակցեք, որ շրջանառությունը ունենաք, շրջանառություն ունենաք, որ մասնակցեք։ Դա մենեջմենթի խնդիր է, հասկանում եք, նոր խոսում էի թատրոնի մասին, այսինքն՝ սա ապրանք է, որը դուք պետք է կարողանաք վաճառել։ Ես հիմա հանձնարարեցի, որ հասկանանանք՝ ինչով կարող ենք արտադրության ծավալների աճին աջակցել։ Մյուս կողմից մենք պետք է ձեզ աջակցենք, որ դուք կարողանաք տալ, եւ մյուս կողմից դուք պետք է այնպես անեք, որ ձեր առաջարկը հետաքրքրի։ Մենք, իհարկե, տեղական արտադրանքը կաջակցենք, բայց չի էլ կարող այնպես լինել, եթե մենք կարող ենք 1000 դրամով 10 միավոր խնդիր լուծենք, ասենք՝ չէ, եկեք տեղական արտադրողի համար մի խնդիր լուծենք։ Առաջին շահառուն ոչ թե դուք եք, այլ երեխան է, որի կրթության խնդիրը մենք պետք է լուծենք»։
