POLITICSԿառավարությունն աշխատանքներ է կատարել, որ կամաց-կամաց հանրությունը խոշոր բիզնեսին չընկալի որպես գիշատիչ, որը հարձակվում է բոլորի վրա ու ուտում։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 12-ին, «Իմ քայլը հանուն Արագածոտնի մարզի» ներդրումային բիզնես ծրագրերի համաժողովին մարզի գործարարների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում խոշոր բիզնեսի իմիջը եւ ընկալումը փոխելու անհրաժեշտություն կա. «Պետք չէ վախենալ դրանից, խոստովանենք, որ Հայաստանում խոշոր բիզնես ասելով, մինչեւ հիմա հասկանում են վատ բան։ Եվ սա լուրջ խնդիր է։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ հիմա այդ փոփոխությունը տեղի է ունենում, որովհետեւ սկսում են խոշոր բիզնես ասելով հասկանալ ոչ այդքան վատ բան։ Խոշոր բիզնեսը շատ կարեւոր է, տեսեք՝ մենք ասում ենք՝ զարգացնենք փոքր եւ միջին բիզնեսը, բայց միեւնույն է, խոշոր բիզնեսն է առաջնորդող դեր կատարողը, եւ իր հետեւից նաեւ փոքր եւ միջին բիզնեսին տարողը։ Ցավոք սրտի, Հայաստանում մինչեւ հիմա փոքր եւ միջին բիզնես ասելով հասկացել են «յոլա գնալու» տրամաբանություն։ Մարդը եթե փոքր բիզնես է, ինքը ամբողջ կյանքում պիտի փոքր բիզնես լինի, մենք իրեն պիտի պաշտպանենք, որ ինքը «ոտի տակ չընկնի»։ Մենք այս փիլիսոփայությունը եւ հայեցակարգը պիտի փոխենք»։
«Խոշոր բիզնեսը, բնականաբար, ավելի մեծ հնարավորություն ունի, դրա համար մենք պետք է կարողանանք փոքր եւ միջին բիզնեսը պաշտպանել։ Բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ մենք պետք է խփենք խոշոր բիզնեսին եւ նրա հնարավորությունները սահմանափակել։
Նա նշեց, ոչ այժմ երկրում տեսնում են նոր սերնդի գործարարների, եւ հանրությունը պետք է նրանց ընկալի որպես գործող ամենակարեւոր անձերի.
«Երբ ասում ենք թոշակ, զինվորի կարիքների լուծում, կրթություն, ապա այդ կարիքները բավարարվում են գործարարների հարկերից, հետեւաբար վերջինս պետք է զգա ոչ միայն Կառավարության, այլեւ հանրության վերաբերմունքը»։
