Ոտքերի և դեմքերի վրա ի հայտ եկող այտուցները կարող են կապված լինել զարկերակային բարձր ճնշման հետ, ինչպես նաև արյան մեջ սպիտակուցի պարունակության նվազման հետ: Պետք է դիմել թերապևտի օգնությանը: Օգտակար կլինեն զբոսանքները մաքուր օդում: Պետք է ավելի շատ շարժվել:

 

Պատճառ 2. Ալերգիկ ռեակցիաներ

 

Ալերգիայի դեպքում հյուսվածքներում տեղի է ունենում այնպիսի նյութերի կուտակում, որոնք ներծծում են հեղուկը անոթներից: Ալերգիկ այտուցներ կարող են ի հայտ գալ մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում: Դրանք ուղեկցվում են քորով, կարմրությամբ, նաև ցանով: Պետք է դիմել ալերգաբանին, ով կնշանակի անհատական բուժման կուրս: Պետք է փորձել պարզել ալերգիայի առաջացման պատճառը:

 

Պատճառ 3. Երակների վարիկոզ լայնացում

 

Այտուցն ի հայտ է գալիս մազանոթներում բարձր ճնշման հետևանքով, որի հետևանքով հեղուկը անոթներից անցնում է հյուսվածքների մեջ: Ընդ որում, ոտքերը կարող են այտուցվել ոչ հավասարաչափ: Այտուցները կարող են ավելանալ ոտք վրա երկար մնալու հետևաքնով: Այս դեպքում օգտակար կլինի կոնտաստ լոգանքը: Այն կոփում է անոթները և կանխում է այտուցների առաջացումը: Դրա համար պետք է տաք ջուրը 5-6 անգամ փոխել սառը ջրով և հակառակը: Խորհուրդ է տրվում հրաժարվել բարձրակրունկ կոշիկներից: Օգտակար կլինեն նաև ծովի աղով վաննաները:

 Այտուցների այս տեսակը կապված է հեղուկի ավելցուկային ծավալի հետ, որը մնում է անոթներում արյան շրջանառության դեպքում: Առաջանում է հևոց: Որպես կանոն, հիմնականում այտուցվում են ոտնաթաթերն ու ձեռքերի ափերը: Շոշափելիս այտուցված հատվածները սառն են: Այս դեպքում պետք է դիմել սրտաբանին, որը կնշանակի համապատասխան բուժում: Օգնում է նաև ձեռքերի և ոտքերի մերսումը:

 

Պատճառ 5. Խնդիր երիկամների հետ:

 

Երիկամներն իրականացնում են արյունը ֆիլտրելու և հեղուկը օրգանիզմից դուրս բերելու գործառույթը: Երիկամների հետ կապված խնդրի մասին վկայում են փափուկ, խմորանման այտուցները, որոնք հայտնվում են առավոտյան հիմնականում դեմքի վրա, այտերի հատվածում, և այտուցվում են ձեռքերը: Պետք է ընդունել համապատասխան բուժում՝ նշանակված բժշկի կողմից: Չի կարելի առանց բժշկի նշանակման ընդունել միզամուղ պրեպարատներ, դա կարող է վատ հետևանքներ ունենալ:
