Աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում. ՃՈ-ին հանձնարարվել է անհանդուրժող լինել օրինախախտների նկատմամբ
POLITICSՀոկտեմբերի 12-ին ոստիկանությունում տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն, որը վարում էր ոստիկանության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արման Սարգսյանը։ Ներկա էին ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Քոչարյանը, ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ղեկավարությունն ու անձնակազմը։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ոստիկանության մամուլի ծառայությունից։
Արման Սարգսյանը անձնակազմին ներկայացրեց ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ղեկավար կազմում նոր նշանակված ծառայողներին, նրանց մաղթեց արդյունավետ ու բարի ծառայություն։
Խոսելով ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունում կադրային քաղաքականության մասին` Արման Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ առաջխաղացումներ ունենալու են միայն բարեխիղճ ծառայությամբ աչքի ընկած ու գրագետ ոստիկանները եւ նշանակումները լինելու են անակնկալ։
Ճանապարհային ոստիկաններին հանձնարարվեց անհանդուրժող լինել բոլոր օրինախախտների նկատմամբ, առավել արդյունավետ ծառայություն իրականացնելու համար խաչմերուկներում կազմակերպել ծառայությունը ոչ միայն ֆիսքված ժամաքանակով, այլեւ՝ ըստ երթեւեկության ծանրաբեռնվածության։
Ոստիկանության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը խոսեց նաեւ ճանապարհային ոստիկանների մասնագիտական ունակությունների մասին, կարեւորելով նրանց կրթվածության մակարդակն ու գրագիտությունը՝ քաղաքացիների հետ շփումներում։
Արման Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ կոռուպցիան եւ անտարբերությունը հավասարազոր արատավոր երեւույթներ են։ Դրանք չպետք է տեղ գտնեն ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայության մեջ։ Լինելու դեպքում ստանալու են համարժեք կոշտ պատասխան, իսկ ծառայողը խստագույնս կենթարկվի պատասխանատվության։
Խոսվեց նաեւ ճանապարհային ոստիկանների ու ոստիկանության մյուս ստորաբաժանումների համագործակցության կարեւորության մասին։
Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունում կատարվելիք օրենսդրական ու կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունների եւ նյութատեխնիկական հագեցվածության մասին խոսք ասաց ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Քոչարյանը։
Ամփոփելով խորհրդակցությունը, ոստիկանության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը հույս հայտնեց, որ անձնակազմը կգիտակցի ոստիկանության ղեկավարության ներկայացրած պահանջներն ու միասին կանեն ամեն ինչ ապահով ու անվտանգ երթեւեկություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
