Վայոց Ձորի մարզի Աղավնաձոր գյուղի բնակիչները երեկ փակել էին Երեւան-Մեղրի միջպետական ճանապարհի Աղավնաձորի խաչմերուկը` բողոքելով խաղողի մթերման գնից: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում խաղողագործներից Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը չբացառեց, որ խնդիրը չլուծվելու դեպքում նորից կարող են ճանապարհ փակել:

 

«Վայոց ձորի մարզում աճեցվող ամենաթանկ տեսակի խաղողն է խարջին: Անցած տարի «Ոսկեվազ» ընկերությունը որոշել է իրացնել 400 դրամով, գյուղացիները հակառակվեցին, ասեցին 450-ով ենք ուզում, նրանք համաձայնվեցին, մթերվեց 120 տոննա խաղող: Այս տարի ապրիլին ցրտահարության պատճառով խաղողի բերքը 30-40 տոկոսով քիչ է, գինեգործների միության նախագահն էլ 1-2 ամիս առաջ հանդիպեց խողողագործների հետ եւ ասաց, որ խաղողի գինը կպահպանվի: Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունից ներկայացուցիչ եկավ եւ ասաց, որ «Պռոշյան» գինու գործարանն կընդունի 257 դրամով, այն էլ միայն խաչ խարջի տեսակը, 20 տոննա, իսկ խարջիի մյուս տեսակից ավելի շատ կա, մենք էլ բողոքեցինք, ասեցինք` բա մնացածն ի՞նչ անենք, տանենք, թափե՞նք, հետո առաջարկեցինք, որ 200 դրամով բոլորը վերցնեն, բայց պարզվեց տեղ չունեն, կարող են միայն վերցնել խաչ խարջի տեսակը, տանելն էլ մեր վրա, այսինքն 245 դրամի կարգի է գալիս: Հետո քննարկումներից հետո հայտնեցին, որ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, որ «Պռոշյանի» գործարանը 2 տեսակն էլ կմթերի 215 դրամով, այսինքն ճանապարհածախսն էլ հանած 200 դրամ, եւ մեզ մոտ հարց առաջացավ, ոնց է, որ 257 դրամի դեպքում չի կարողանում անսահմանափակ մթերել մի տեսակը, բայց 200 դրամի դեպքում 2 տեսակն էլ մթերում է անսահմանափակ քանակությամբ: Այսինքն այս ամեն ինչը կազմակերպված է գին գցելու համար»,- պատմեց խաղողագործը` նշելով, որ խարջի տեսակը ամենադժվար մշակվող խաղողն է եւ լավ սպիրտ է տալիս, եթե շուտ չիրացվի, փչանում է բերքը:

 

 

Նա հավելեց, որ ցածր գնով մթերման խնդրին ավելանում է եւս մեկ խնդիր՝ իրենց վճարելու են 3-4 ամսից:

 

«Ասենք թե համակերպվենք ցածր գնին, բա վարկերը ո՞նց պետք է մարենք, սեւ ցուցակ ենք ընկնում, հերիք չի ցածր գնով, մի հատ էլ ուշացումով: Դրա համար էլ երեկ ճանապարհ է փակվել, հետո է ել որոշվել է երկուշաբթի օրն այդ հարցով դիմել վարչապետին: Մենք կարծում ենք, որ վարչապետը տեղյակ չէ այդ խնդրի մասին, հակառակ դեպքում չէր կարող նման հայտարարություն աներ»,-ասաց նա` նշելով, որ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպելուց հետո կորոշեն իրենց անելիքը, սակայն երկար չեն կարող սպասել, քանի որ բերքը փչանում է:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ հիշարժան է, որ այս տարի արդեն խաղողի մթերման եզրափակիչ փուլն է ու ոչ մի աղմուկ, աղաղակ չկա։
