Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիան շուտով նորից կքննարկվի

Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիայի շուրջ գործընթացները նոր փուլ են թևակոխում։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, չնայած իշխանությունները հայտարարել են, որ ԱԺ այս նստաշրջանում հարցը չի քննարկվի, սակայն այս ուղղությամբ գործընթացների դադար անցած ամիսների ընթացքում չի եղել։ 

Տեղեկությունների համաձայն, հարցն այս ամիսների ընթացքում եղել է արդարադատության նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում, և դրա հետ կապված մի քանի լուրջ քննարկումներ են տեղի ունեցել՝ փակ ձևաչափով, որին մասնակցել են ՀԿ սեկտորի իշխանական «կորպուսի» ներկայացուցիչները, և ռազմավարական մի քանի դրույթներ են քննարկվել։

Թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, արդեն դեկտեմբերին հարցը նախատեսվում է քննարկել նաև «Իմ քայլ ը» խմբակցության ներսում՝ որպես օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն. կա տեղեկություն, որ նախագծի հարակից զեկուցողին առաջիկայում կգործուղեն Ստրասբուրգ՝ հարցի հետ կապված որոշակի մանրամասներ տեղում ճշտելու և խորհրդարանում հնարավորինս պատրաստված ներկայանալու համար։ 

Թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Ստամբուլ յան կոնվենցիան հնարավոր է խորհրդարանում քննարկման դրվի արդեն 2020-ի հունվար-փետրվարին, նախ՝ հանձնաժողովներում, ապա, արագացված կարգով, նաև ԱԺ լիագումար նիստում։ 

Հավելենք, որ ինչքան էլ իշխանական խմբակցությունում փորձում են այնպիսի պատկեր ստեղծել, թե այդ հարցի վերաբերյալ իրենք միասնական են, և ոչ մի տարաձայնություն չկա, սակայն, ՔՊ աղբյուրը թերթին փոխանցել է, որ Փաշինյանի թիմի ներսում Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիայի վավերացման հետ կապված կան շատ լուրջ տարաձայնություններ, որոնք առաջիկայում, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հայտնի կդառնան ողջ հանրությանը։
