«Փաստ» օրաթերթին նոր, ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր Ֆելիքս Թոխյանի՝ Հայ-ռուսական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանի Սահմանադրական իրավունքի ամբիոնի վարիչի պաշտոնից հեռացման պատճառների մասին: 

Բացի ուսանողների դժգոհություններից ու Թոխյանի՝ դասերից պարբերական բացակայելու հանգամանքից, նոր ամբիոնի վարիչ Արթուր Ղամբարյանը կարճ ժամանակում բազմաթիվ սխալներ ու Թոխյանի կողմից ցուցաբերված անգործությունն ապացուցող, ինչպես նաև վարկաբեկիչ փաստեր է հայտնաբերել, որոնք էլ իշխանությունները ներկայացրել են Ֆելիքս Թոխյանին՝ վերջինիս առաջ պայման դնելով՝ կա՛մ կողմ քվեարկել «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ներկայացրած նախագծին, կա՛մ այդ տվյալները հասանելի կդարձնեն հանրությանն ու իրավապահներին:

Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, հենց այդ հանգամանքն էլ պատճառ է դարձել, որ նախկին իշխանությունների հետ բավականին ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունեցող Ֆելիքս Թոխյանը հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Հրայր Թովմասյանի լիազորությունների դադարեցման նախագծին միակ կողմ արտահայտված դատավորը դառնա: 

Լավատեղյակների պնդմամբ, Թոխյանը մինչ այս պահը առանձնահատուկ ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունի ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ և ամեն առիթի դեպքում շեշտում է, որ Սարգսյանն է հոգացել երկու տարի առաջ իր տարած ծանր վիրահատության և հետագա բուժման ծախսերը:

Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, եթե չլիներ Ֆելիքս Թոխյանի դեմ ձեռք բերված կոմպրոմատային փաթեթը, նա, ինչպես ՍԴ մյուս դատավորները, դեմ կարտահայտվեր Թովմասյանի լիազորությունների դադարեցմանը:
