ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը պարգևատրել է ծառայողական պարտքը կատարելիս զոհված և վիրավորված ոստիկաններին

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի հրամանով իրենց ծառայողական պարտքը կատարելիս այսօր առավոտյան զոհված՝  Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության ՊՊԳՎ ոստիկան, ոստիկանության ավագ Տիգրան Առաքելյանը (հետմահու) և վիրավորում ստացած ոստիկան, ոստիկանության կրտսեր սերժանտ Ա.Հ.-ն ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս դրսևորած խիզախության համար պարգևատրվել են «Իրավակարգի ամրապնդման համար» մեդալով: Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից: 

Հաշվի առնելով իրենց աշխատանքային պարտականությունները բարեխղճորեն կատարող ոստիկանների, պետական ծառայողների նկատմամբ նմանատիպ դրսևորումների անթույլատրելիությունը, հետագայում նման հնարավոր դեպքերի  կանխման հրամայականը՝ դեպքի առթիվ քրեական վարույթի հարուցման առաջին իսկ պահին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից հանձնարարվել է դատախազական ողջ գործիքակազմի կիրառմամբ, օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված իրավասությունների սահմաններում, հետամուտ լինել դեպքի հանգամանքների ամբողջական բացահայտմանը, հանցագործությունը կատարած անձանց մեղավորությունը հաստատող ապացույցների հնարավորինս օպերատիվ ձեռքբերմանը, դրա հիման վրա, համարժեք սանկցիաների շրջանակներում խստագույն պատժողական վերաբերմունքի դրսևորմանը:                

«Նման լպիրշ, հանդուգն հանցագործությունը ՀՀ դատախազությունը համարում է հարված նաև իր նկատմամբ՝ անհանդուրժելի համարելով պետական ծառայողի՝ դրանով իսկ պետության հանդեպ նմանատիպ որևէ ոտնձգություն, անգամ նման ոտնձգության որևէ փորձ: Նման դրսևորումները որևէ արդարացում ունենալ չեն կարող և պետք է ոչ միայն խստագույնս դատապարտվեն իրավապահ մարմինների և ողջ հասարակության կողմից, այլ նաև պետական և հասարակական ինստիտուտների կողմից իրականացվեն դրանից բխող՝ հանրային համապատասխան վարքագծի ձևավորմանն ուղղված համատեղ միջոցառումներ:

ՀՀ դատախազությունը՝ ի դեմս ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի, ողբերգական կորստի կապակցությամբ խորապես ցավակցում է Տիգրան Առաքելյանի ընտանիքի անդամներին, հարազատներին, գործընկերներին և Ոստիկանության ողջ անձնակազմին»,- ասված է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
