Իրավապահները Պռոշյան գյուղում հայտնաբերել են Ազատության պողոտայում ոստիկանից խլված ատրճանակը. դեպքը բացահայտված է

Իրավապահները հայտնաբերել են այն ատրճանակը, որից արձակված կրակոցից  հոկտեմբերի լույս 16-ի գիշերը Ազատության պողոտայում սպանվել է ոստիկան Տիգրան Առաքելյանը։ Ոստիկանությունից  NEWS.am–ին հայտնեցին, որ ոստիկանի հաշվեցուցակային ատրճանակը հայտնաբերվել է  կասկածյալների բնակության վայրում։

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ հոկտեմբերի լույս 16-ի գիշերը, ժամը 3.40-ին, ոստիկանության պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչության Արաբկիրի պահպանության բաժնի գիշերային ծառայություն իրականացրած կարգախմբերից մեկի ոստիկանները Ազատության պողոտայում նկատել են երկու անձի։ Վերջիններս տեսնելով պարեկային մեքենան` փախել են։ Ոստիկանության ծառայողները հետապնդել են և Ազատության պողոտա-Բաբայան փողոց խաչմերուկում բռնել նրանց։ Բռնված անձինք դիմադրել են։ Այդ ընթացքում նրանցից մեկը խլել է ոստիկաններից մեկի հաշվեցուցակային ատրճանակը, հարվածել ոստիկանի գլխին, այնուհետև կրակել մյուս ոստիկանի վրա։

 

 

Վերջիններս դեպքի վայրից դիմել են փախուստի։ Ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքի հետևանքով Արաբկիրի պահպանության բաժնի ոստիկան, 38-ամյա Տիգրան Առաքելյանը մահացել է։

 

Դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել։

 

Դեպքից ժամեր անց ոստիկանության մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների և քննչական կոմիտեի ծավալուն և տարաբնույթ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով Պռոշյան գյուղի իրենց տնից հայտնաբերվել ու ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժին բերման են ենթարկվել 2001 և 2003 թվականներին ծնված եղբայրներ։

 

Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ բերման ենթարկված անձինք նախկինում անցել են անձնական ունեցվածքի գողության փաստերով հարուցված մի շարք քրեական գործերով։

 

Կասկածյալների բնակության վայրում հայտնաբերվել է ոստիկանի հաշվեցուցակային ատրճանակը։

 

Եղբայրները ձերբակալվել են։

 

Քննությունը շարունակվում է։

 

Ոստիկանությունը ցավակցում է ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս զոհված մեր գործընկերոջ ընտանիքի անդամներին ու հարազատներին, կիսում կորստյան խոր վիշտը։
