Եթե պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի բացակայությունը ինչ-որ տեղ կարելի է համարել շտկելի, ապա բարոյականության հետ կապված ձեր խնդիրը հավերժ է ու երբեք այլեւս չի շտկվելու։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը։
«Այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ավարտուն (վերջացած) վարձկանի ծառայություններ մատուցող պսեվդո ընդդիմադիր Արման Բաբաջանյանի թերթը հանդես էր եկել հրապարակմամբ՝ անդրադառնալով այն փաստին, որ մայրս տնօրինում է 40 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ գույք։ Այնուհետ թերթը կատարել է դարակազմիկ բացահայտում, որ իմ 2012-2013 թվականների հայտարարագրերում նշված չէ այդ գույքը, սակայն 2016 թվականին մայրս ինչ-որ անհայտ գույքի վաճառքից ստացել է նման եկամուտ։ Բնական է, որ օրենսդրական տարրական կարգավորումների չիմացությունը (պողոսությո՞ւն) պետք է հանգեցներ սխալ եզրահանգումների եւ առաջացներ ոգեւորություն, որ իրենք բացահայտել են Հայաստանի նորագույն պատմության ամենամեծ կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներից մեկը։
Ստիպված եմ տխրեցնել։
Մայրիկիս՝ 40 միլիոնանոց գույքը (միլիոնանոց՝ շատ հուզիչ է հնչում չէ՞) արտացոլված չէ իմ 2012-2013 թվականների հայտարարագրերում այն պարզ պատճառով, որ այն ձեռք է բերվել իմ՝որեւէ պաշտոն զբաղեցնելուց շատ առաջ, ավելին՝ նույնիսկ այն ժամանակ, երբ հենց ինքը՝ մայրս ՔԿԱԳ պետ չէր։ (2006 թվականից առաջ)
Քանի որ օրենսդրական կարգավորումների համաձայն՝ համատեղ ապրող ծնողը ներկայացնում է միայն տարեկան հայտարարագիր եւ ցույց է տալիս ոչ թե ինչ ունի առհասարակ, այլ տվյալ տարվա ընթացքում գույքի վաճառքը կամ ձեռքբերումը, բնական է՝ տասնամյակներ առաջ ձեռք բերված գույքը չէր կարող երեւալ մայրիկիս՝ 2012-2013 թվականների հայտարարագրում։
Մի բանում էր միայն թերթը ճիշտ, որ 2016 թվականին ստացվել է գույքի վաճառքից եկամուտ, սակայն թերթը հաշվի չէր առել այն փաստը, որ դա ԱՅՆ ՆՈՒՅՆ ԳՈՒՅՔԻ վաճառքից ստացված եկամուտն էր, որ ձեռք էր բերվել տասնամյակներ առաջ։ Օբյեկտիվության որեւէ ակնկալիքը
