Էլի «վերմակը» փորձեցին քաշել իշխանափոխության վրա

Իշխանությունները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ ցնծությամբ ավետում են դեպի Եվրոպա սպասվող բյուջետային չվերթների ցածր գների մասին ու հայտարարում՝ ապրի Տաթևիկ Ռևազյանը: Իրականությունը, սակայն, այլ է, և բլոգերային ազարտով այս տեղեկատվական հրճվանքը լուրջ նրբերանգներ ունի:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, դեռևս 2014-15 թվականներին Սերժ Սարգսյանի հանձնարարությամբ բանակցություններ են սկսվել Ryanair և Wizzair ավիաընկերությունների հետ՝ մատչելի չվերթներ սկսելու վերաբերյալ:
Ավիաընկերությունները, սակայն, թռիչքներ իրականացնելու համար հսկայական սուբսիդիաներ և արտոնություններ են պահանջել, ինչը մերժվել է, և բանակցությունները պարբերաբար շարունակվել են այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև Փաշինյանը համաձայնել է տրամադրել դրանք... Խոսքը տարեկան մոտ 5-10 մլն դոլարի մասին է, որը վճարվելու է հարկատուներիս հաշվին:
Թեմայի հետ կապված գրառմամբ էր հանդես եկել նաև բլոգեր Սերգեյ Լապշինը։ Հավելենք, որ փաստացի տեղի ունեցածը ոչ թե «հեղափոխության» արդյունք է, այլ տարիներ առաջ «Բաց երկնքի քաղաքականության» ընդունման և ԵՄ-ի հետ «Ընդհանուր օդային տարածքի» համաձայնագրի բանակցման արդյունք։
Թերթի տեղեկություններով, առաջիկայում չի բացառվում, որ Հայաստան «գան» էլի մի քանի բյուջետային նոր ընկերություններ, քանի որ, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, մինչև 2018 թվականը կառավարությունը բանակցում էր ևս մի քանի եվրոպական ընկերությունների հետ։
Այդուամենայնիվ, կարծիքներ կան, որ ամբողջ աշխարհում նման բյուջետային չվերթները նախընտրելի չեն համարվում՝ որպես երկրորդ կարգի, ցածրակարգ սպասարկում ունեցող ծառայություն:
Դրանք Եվրոպայում նախատեսված են մի քաղաքից մյուսը աշխատանքի գնալու համար, իսկ միջազգային փոխադրումների պարագայում սպասարկում են սակավ ունևոր խավին:
Ուստի, մասնագետների համոզմամբ, դա չի կարող էականորեն ազդել առավել որակյալ ու կանոնավոր ավիափոխադրումներ իրականացնող ընկերությունների գնային քաղաքականության վրա: Հետևաբար ցանկալի կլիներ ուրախալի լուրերի շարքում ունենալ առավել լուրջ ձեռքբերումներ...
