Թուրքիան մտադիր է մեծացնել ռազմական ծախսերը

Թուրքիայի պետական բյուջեի 2020թ․ նախագիծը նախատեսում է պաշտպանական եւ անվտանգության ծախսերի 5 մլրդ դոլարով մեծացում։ Այսպիսի տվյալներ է բերում Habertürk հեռուստաալիքը՝ կապված երկրի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ռազմավարական եւ բյուջետային վարչության պետ Նաջի Աղբալի ներկայացրած համապատասխան օրինագծի հետ, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

 

2020թ․ առաջարկվում է պաշտպանական եւ անվտանգության հետ կապված կառույցների ֆինանսավորմանն ուղղել 141 մլրդ լիր, որը այժմյան կուրսով կազմում է 23,9 մլրդ դոլար։ Կենտրոնական կառավարության 2019թ․ բյուջեում ուժային հաստատությունների համար տրամադրվել է 18,8 մլրդ դոլար։ Սակայն, հետագա փոփոխություններին համապատասխան, իշխանությունները ստիպված էին ուժայինների ֆինանսավորումը ավելացնել սկզբնական գումարի 3-4 տոկոսի չափով։

 

 

Աղբալը հասկացրել է, որ պաշտպանական ծախսերի ավելացումը կապված է մասնավորապես Սիրիայում Թուրքիայի ռազմական գործողության հետ։ «Մենք լիովին նախատեսել ենք պաշտպանական եւ անվտանգության կառույցների ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրները՝ հաշվի առնելով անցկացվող գործողությունները։ Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կարող ենք լրացուցիչ միջոցներ ուղղել»,- ասել է նա։ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի վերոնշյալ վարչությունն արդեն երկրորդ տարին է զբաղվում է երկրի գլխավոր ֆինանսական փաստաթղթի մշակմամբ։ Նման իրավասություններ նրան տալիս են 2017թ․ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները։

 

Բացի այդ, Աղբալը հայտնել է, որ բյուջետային առաջիկա տարվա ծախսերի ընդհանուր ծավալը ենթադրաբար կլինի 186 մլրդ դոլար։ Բյուջեի դեֆիցիտն այդ դեպքում կանխատեսվում է 23,4 մլրդ դոլարի չափով։ Տնտեսական աճը ակնկալվում է 5 տոկոս, ինֆլյացիան՝ 8,5 տոկոս։
