Ժամը 14:30-ին լինելու եմ ԱԱԾ շենքի դիմաց։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում ուղիղ եթերում նշել է Արցախի նախկին օմբուդսմեն Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը՝ հավելելով, որ պատճառը ՍԴ նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվող հետապնդումն է:

 

«Իմ կողմից լայվից օգտվելու պատճառն անսովոր է, այն է, ինչի մասին ես երեկ բարձրաձայնել եմ: Խոսքը վերաբերում է ՍԴ նախագահի նկատմամբ նոր տեսակի, նոր որակի եւ նույնիսկ նոր ցածրության հետապնդումների մակարդակին: Քրեական գործի մասին չեմ ուզում խոսել, ուզում եմ խոսել այն մասին, որ ԱԱԾ են հրավիրվել նրա ընտանիքի անդամները՝ թոշակառու հայրը, երկու դուստրերը: Ես ես մտածեցի, որ պատշաճ է, որ այս հարցը մեր քաղաքացիական հասարակության մակարդակով բարձրացվի ոչ միայն ֆեյսբուքյան ստատուսներ գրելով կամ հարցազրույցներ տալով, այդ հարցաքննության ժամանակ տեղում լինելով:

 

Առաջին ցույց տալով խիստ անհամաձայնություն այս իրավական եւ բարոյական, կարկիր գծեր տրորելու հանգամանքի հետ: Երկրորդ՝ քննարկելու ստեղծված իրավիճակը եւ դրա զսպման իրավական ուղիները եւ երրորդ՝ քանի որ այդ ժամին է լինելու իրավական գործողությունը ԱԱԾ-ում, սպասել փաստաբանին, որ գործողությունները ավարտվեն, եւ նրանից տեղեկություններ ստանալ այդ գործողությունների, դրանց բովանդակության հետ կապված»,-նշել է Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը:

 

«Իրավական ու բարոյական կարմիր գծերը չպետք է տրորվեն։ Հուսով եմ՝ նույն ժամին նույն տեղում կլինեն գործընկեր իրավապաշտպաններ, իրավական մշակույթի ազատ անկմամբ մտահոգ իրավաբաններ և այլ քաղաքացիներ»,-ընդգծել է նա:
