Բոլորի համար ակնհայտ է. Հրայր Թովմասյանի դուստրը՝ իր ընտանիքի հանդեպ իրականացվող գործընթացների մասին
SOCIETYՍահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի դուստրը՝ Գոհար Թովմասյանը տեղյակ չէ, թե ինչ գործի շրջանակներում են իրեն հրավիրել ԱԱԾ՝ բացատրություն տալու։
Թովմասյանը նշեց, որ ծանուցագիր ստացել է, որում, սակայն, դրա մասին տեղեկություններ չեն եղել: Գոհար Թովմասյանն չցանկացավ որևէ գնահատական տալ իրենց ընտանիքի շուրջ տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ. «Ինձ թվում է բոլորի համար ակնհայտ է, ճնշված չեմ»: Գոհար Թովմասյանը նշեց նաև, որ հոր հետ չի խոսել տեղի ունեցածի մասին և նրա դիրքորոշումն իրեն հայտնի չէ։
Նշենք, որ այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 18–ին ԱԱԾ–ում բացատրություն է տվել Հրայր Թովմասյնաի հայրը՝ 75–ամյա Վարդան Թովմասյանը։ ԱԱԾ–ից պարզաբանել են, որ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ում նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել բացատրություն վերցնել մի շարք անձանցից, այդ թվում նաև ՍԴ նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի մոտ ազգականներից: Երեկ էլ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Հրայր Թովմասյանի և մի խումբ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պետական իշխանությունը յուրացնելու առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի կապակցությամբ:
