Ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ հարձակում գործելու և սպանության դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրգործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու եղբայրներին. ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով կատարված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ հարձակում գործելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2003 և 2001 թթ. ծնված եղբայրներին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից:

 

 

 

Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ  հոկտեմբերի 16-ին «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն են տեղափոխվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողներ՝ 1981 թվականին ծնված Տիգրան Առաքելյանը՝ «կենսաբանական մահ, հրազենային վերք ձախ բազկի շրջանում» ախտորոշմամբ, և 1994 թվականին ծնված Ա. Հակոբյանը՝ «գանգի գագաթային շրջանի  պատռվածք վերք ախտորոշմամբ»: 

 

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր եղբայրներ են՝ ծնված 2003 և 2001 թթ.: 

 

 

 

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ հոկտեմբերի 16-ին` ժամը 03:40-ի սահմաններում, իրենց ծառայությունը կատարելու ընթացքում, ոստիկանության ծառայողները «Հաղթանակ» զբոսայգու մուտքի մոտ նկատել են երկու անձի։ Վերջիններս, տեսնելով պարեկային մեքենան, դիմել են փախուստի։ Ոստիկանության ծառայողները հետապնդել են նրանց և Ազատության պողոտայում բռնել։ Բռնված անձինք փորձել են դիմել փախուստի, որի ժամանակ նրանցից մեկը հափշտակել է ոստիկաններից մեկին ամրակցված զենքը, հարվածել Ա.Հակոբյանի գլխին և կրակել Տ.Առաքելյանի ձախ բազկին, ով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացել է:

 

Իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ոստիկաններ Տ. Առաքելյանին կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածքը, ինչպես նաև Ա. Հակոբյանի գլխին հասցված հարվածը պատճառվել են 2003թ. ծնված երիտասարդի կողմից:

 

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ եղբայրները դեպքից ժամեր առաջ գողություն են կատարել Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի գեղեցկության սրահներից մեկից և գողոնը թաքցրել կամուրջներից մեկի տակ:

 

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 2003թ. ծնված անչափահասին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, 238-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով: 2001թ. ծնված երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով: Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ:
