«Ի վերջո, ո՞վ է իսկական երեւանցին». Հայկ Մարությանը տվել է երեւանցու իր բանաձեւը

Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Երեւանի 2801-ամյակի առիթվ:
Ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.
«Սիրելի երեւանցիներ,
այսօր ուզում եմ հերթական անգամ սիրո խոստովանություն անել մեր քաղաքին: Եվ քանի որ քաղաքը՝ առաջին հերթին իր բնակիչներն են, ուզում եմ խոսել հենց երեւանցիների մասին:
Մեզանում կա այն կեսկատակ-կեսլուրջ բանավեճը, թե ով է իսկական երեւանցին: Մեկն ասում է, թե երեւանցի է նա, ով ծնվել է քաղաքում, նա, ում ծնողները կամ պապերն են ծնվել այստեղ, կամ նա, ով կիսով չափ կամ մեկ քառորդով է երեւանցի եւ այլն:
Իմ սերնդի մարդիկ ասում են, թե երեւանցի չի կարող համարվել նա, ով պատանի տարիքում Ձորում չի լողացել կամ չի կերել Բոքսի թաղի կրպակի 11 կոպեկանոց պաղպաղակը, կամ՝ Երրորդ մասի «Սեւան» կինոթատրոնում հնդկական կինո չի նայել եւ այլն: Մի քիչ ավելի երիտասարդ սերնդի համար երեւանցի լինելու «վկայականը» քաղաքի վերջին տրամվայից կախված երթեւեկելու մասին հիշողությունն է կամ «Կրծած կուկուրուզի» ֆոնին ունեցած լուսանկարը:
Նոր սերնդի երեւանցիները, թերեւս, ավելի պրագմատիկ են. երեւանյան «մկրտության ծեսը» նրանց համար քաղաքացիական պայքարին մասնակցությունն է ու սեփական իրավունքներին տեր կանգնելու անհրաժեշտության գիտակցությունը:
Բայց ի վերջո, ո՞վ է իսկական երեւանցին: Իրականում, ամեն ինչ շատ պարզ է՝ երեւանցին նա է, ով սիրում է Երեւանը, սիրում է՝ հոգատար ծնողի ու պատասխանատու ընկերոջ նման:
Եվ ես ուզում եմ տոնական այս օրը ողջունել ու շնորհավորել բոլոր երեւանցիներին՝ անկախ նրանից, ծնվել են նրանք այստեղ, թե վերջերս են տեղափոխվել Երեւան: Ուզում եմ հատկապես ողջունել Երեւան եկած մեր սփյուռքահայ եղբայրներին ու խնդրել նրանց՝ հնարավորինս հաճախ ու երկար ուրախացնել մեզ իրենց ներկայությամբ: Ողջունում եմ նաեւ Երեւանում գտնվող օտարերկրյա դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների, արտասահմանյան կազմակերպությունների աշխատակիցներին, անգամ մի քանի օրով որպես զբոսաշրջիկ եկած մեր հյուրերին:
Որովհետեւ ես վստահ եմ՝ ով մի քանի օր ապրել է Երեւանում, նույնիսկ մի քանի ժամով վայելել է Երեւանի արեւը, ընդմիշտ պահելու է Երեւանն իր սրտում, հետեւաբար՝ դառնալու է մեր ընկերն ու բարեկամը:
Շնորհավո՜ր, երեւանցիներ, շնորհավո՛ր մեր հավերժական քաղաքի տոնը»:
