Ո՞վ կգլխավորի Հայաստանի հավաքականը (ֆոտո)

Արմեն Գյուլբուդաղյանցի հրաժարականից հետո հոկտեմբերի 18-ին Հայաստանի հավաքականի գլխավոր մարզիչի պաշտոնը մնաց թափուր։ Նրա ղեկավարությամբ ազգային թիմը տարավ մի քանի տպավորիչ հաղթանակ, սակայն հոկտեմբերի անհաջող հանդիպումներից հետո գործնականում զրկվեց Եվրո-2020-ի եզրափակիչ դուրս գալու հնարավորությունից։

Տեղի կադրերի օգնությամբ
Մինչեւ Եվրո-2020-ի ընտրական մրցաշարի ավարտը մնացել է ընդամենը երկու հանդիպում։ Նոյեմբերին Հայաստանի հավաքականը կընդունի Հունաստանին, իսկ մրցաշարը կավարտի՝ իտալացիներին հյուրընկալվելով։ Չի բացառվում, որ ընտրական մրցաշարի ավարտը վստահվի Գյուլբուդաղյանցի օգնականներին կամ այլ հայաստանցի մասնագետի։ Ընտրությունը մեծ չէ։
Խինես Մելենդես
Անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերից Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի տեխնիկական տնօրենի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում է իսպանացի մասնագետ Խինես Մելենդեսը։ ՀՖՖ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Մելիքբեկյանի տեւական բանակցություններից հետո հնարավոր եղավ հասնել այդ նշանակմանը։
Ժամանակին Իսպանիայի պատանեկան հավաքականների հետ տպավորիչ հաջողությունների հասած 69-ամյա մասնագետը Հայաստան է եկել այլ նպատակով, սակայն հիմա էլ վարպետության դասեր է տալիս հայ մարզիչներին, ՀՖՖ հրահանգիչ է եւ չի բացառվում, որ իր հայրենակիցների (Ռուբեն Լեսկանոն գլխավորում է Հայաստանի մինչեւ 17 տարեկանների հավաքականը, իսկ Անտոնիո Ֆլորեսը՝ Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հավաքականը) հետ վերհիշի փառահեղ անցյալը եւ վերսկսի մարզչական կարիերան։ Չմոռանանք, որ Հայաստանի հավաքականի ֆիզպատրաստության մարզիչը Մադրիդի «Ռեալի» եւ Իսպանիայի հավաքականի նախկին մարզիչ Խավյեր Մինյանոն է։
Օտարերկրացի մասնագետ
Հնարավոր է, որ ՀՖՖ ղեկավարությունը արդեն հիմա երկարատեւ համագործակցության ծրագրով հրավիրի օտարերկրացի մասնագետի։ Անցած տարի ՀՖՖ ղեկավարության փոփոխությունից հետո ակտիվ բանակցությունն էին ընթանում իտալացի մասնագետների հետ։ Սակայն Երեւան ժամանած Ջանի Դե Բիազին եւ Դելիո Ռոսին հրաժարվեցին գլխավորել հավաքականը։
Գուցե, այս ընտրական փուլում Հայաստանի թիմի մի քանի հաղթական խաղերը ազդեն հայտնի մասնագետների դիրքորոշման վրա։ Չի բացառվում, որ ՀՖՖ-ի «շորթ լիստում» կան նաեւ այլ օտարերկրացի թեկնածուներ։
P.S. Շատերը երբեմն մոռանում են, որ մարզիչը հրաշագործ չէ, իսկ արդյունքը հիմնականում կախված է խաղացողների ընտրությունից։ Ամեն դեպքում, մեզ պետք է մարզիչ, որը կկարողանա առավելագույնը կորզել սահմանափակ ռեսուրսներից, ինչպես ժամանակին արեց լուսահոգի Յան Պորտերֆիլդը։
