Ծառայակցին ինքնասպանության հասցրած զինծառայողները չեն դատապարտվել` վաղեմության ժամկետն անցնելու պատճառով

Զինծառայողներ Մհեր Մելիքյանը եւ Մհեր Հակոբյանը իրենց ծառայակից Գեւորգ Ասոյանին ինքնասպանության հասցնելու մեղադրանքով չեն դատապարտվել վաղեմության ժամկետն անցնելու պատճառով: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք «Դատալեքս» տեղեկատվական համակարգից:
Մհեր Մելիքյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայող, պարբերաբար նվաստացրել է ժամկետային զինծառայող շարքային Գևորգ Ասոյանի անձնական արժանապատվությունը, այն է 2016թ մարտի 29-ից մարտական հերթապահության ընդգրկված լինելով զորամասի մարտական հենակետում, նույն հենակետում ծառայության նշանակված շարքային Գևորգ Ասոյանի կողմից 30.03.2016թ որպես դիտորդ ծառայությունն իրականացնելու ընթացքում ծառայության վայրում՝ կրակակետում քնելու և այդ հանգամանքը չընդունելու կապակցությամբ սեռական բնույքի հայհոյանքներ է տվել վերջինիս հասցեին, ապա նույն օրը մարտական հենակետում Գ. Ասոյանինց պահանջել է նրա քրոջ բջջային հեռախոսահամարը, սակայն պահանջված հեռախոսահամարի փոխարեն այլ հեռախոսահամար տալու կապակցությամբ սեռական բնույքի հայհոյանք է տվել վերջինիս հասցեին, ինչի հետևանքով անզգուշությամբ Գ.Ասոյանին հասցրել է ինքնասպանության:
Գեւորգ Ասոյանը 2016թ ապրիլի 1-ին ժամը 07:00-ից մինչև 09:00-ն ըստ մարտական հերթապահության կրման գրաֆիկի, ծառայության ընդգրկված լինելով հենակետի առաջնագծում որպես դիտորդ, իր ծառայության վայրում իրեն ամրակցված գնդացիրով ինքն իրեն բերանի շրջանից մեկ հատ մենահատ կրակոց արձակելով, պատճառել է միջանցիկ մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում:
Արարքի կատարման վաղեմության ժամկետն անցնելու հիմքով դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել կարճել քրգործը եւ դադարեցնել քրեական հետապնդումը:
