Շիրակում ՌԴ միգրացիոն պետական ծառայություն ուղղարկված դիմումների մի մասը ստացել է դրական պատասխան

Շիրակի մարզից ՌԴ միգրացիոն պետական ծառայություն ուղղարկված 3200 դիմումից 937-ը ստացել է դրական պատասխան, տարբեր պատճառներով մերժվել է 1345 դիմում: Ի դեպ, Շիրակի մարզի համայնքներից ՀՀ միգրացիոն ծառայություն, այնտեղից էլ` ՌԴ միգրացիոն ծառայություն՝ մուտքի արգելափակումները հանելու խնդրանքով ուղղարկված դիմումներից 500-ը կրկնվող դիմումներ են:
Գործընթացի մեկնարկից մինչև 2015 նոյեմբերի 24-ը քաղաքացիների կողմից Շիրակի մարզպետարան ներկայացրած դիմումներից 337-ը ՌԴ դատարանով մերժված են ճանաչվել՝ տարբեր խախտումներ ունենալու պատճառով, այս քաղաքացիների խնդիրն այլևս միգրացիոն ծառայության իրավասության ներքո չէ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց ՇՄ տեղեկատվության ևհասարակության հետ կապերի պատասխանատու Սամվել Գրիգորյանը,դրական պատասխանների թվի կտրուկ ավելացում նկատվեց ՌԴ պետդումայի պատվիրակության Շիրակի մարզ կատարած այցից հետո: «ՌԴ պատվիրակության այցից հետո անմիջապես կտրուկ փոփոխություն է եղել, և դրական դինամիկան բավական բարձր է: Գործընթացի մեկնարկի առաջին ամիսներին՝ 2014 թվականի հունիս-հուլիսին, քաղաքացիների նմանատիպ հոսք ու դրական պատասխան չ կար, հիմա ասել, թե հոսք կա` սխալ է, բայց, ամեն դեպքում, օրական ստանում ենք 4-5 դիմում»,-նշեց Սամվել Գրիգորյանը՝ փաստելով, որ այս տվյալները միայն Շիրակի մարզպետարան ստացված տվյալներ են, կան նաև դեպքեր, երբ ՌԴ միգրացիոն ծառայությունից քաղաքացիներին պատասխանում են անմիջականորեն փոստի միջոցով:
Գործընթացն ավելի կանոնակարգվեց 2015 թվականի հունվարից: Գործընթացը ժամանակատար է. մարզպետարանից ՀՀ միգրացիոն ծառայություն, այնտեղից էլ ՌԴ միգրացիոն ծառայություն և նույն ճանապարհով էլ հետ, այդ է պատճառը, որ շատ դեպքերում պատասխանները մի փոքր ձգձգվում են: Հանձնված դիմումների պատասխանները ստացվում են 1-1,5 ամիս անց: Պատասխանատուն նաև խորհուրդ տվեց քաղաքացիներին, որ դիմումների դրական պատասխանից հետո անմիջապես չմեկնել ՌԴ՝ սահմանային անցակետերում արգելանքի հանման մասին տեղեկությունը կարող է հասնել նույնիսկ առավելագույնը 3 ամիս անց:
