ՀԱԿ-ը շահագրգիռ է, իսկ իրավաբաններն այլ կարծիք ունեն

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ՍԴ շուրջ ընթացող գործընթացները իշխանությունների համար իսկական գլխացավանք են դարձել, քանի որ Հրայր Թովմասյանից ու ՍԴ ներկայիս կազմից ազատվելը նրանց համար կենաց-մահու խնդիր է։ Ներկայումս իշխանության այն ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք կողմ էին ՍԴ թնջուկի լուծման այն ճանապարհին, որը ԱԺ կողմից ներկայացվեց Սահմանադրական դատարան, ներկայումս կանգնել են փաստի առաջ և չեն կարողանում «շեֆության» առաջ հստակ արդարացումներ գտնել։
Բնականաբար, խիստ նեղված է իրեն ՍԴ նախագահ պատկերացնող Վահե Գրիգորյանը, որը իր վերջին հարցազրույցներից մեկի ժամանակ գրեթե անսքող կերպով դժգոհություն հայտնեց խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունից, իսկ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպումներում, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, «մուննաթ» է եկել, թե՝ «ձեզ հազար անգամ ասացի՝ ինչ պետք է անել, դուք նորից ձերը պնդեցիք»։
Նշենք, որ Գրիգորյանի առաջարկած տարբերակով՝ ԱԺ-ն պետք է դիմի սահմանադրական մարմիններին՝ ՍԴ-ի դատավորների թափուր տեղերի համար թեկնածուներ առաջադրելու համար, որից հետո ԱԺ-ն պետք է ընտրությունների միջոցով նշանակի ՍԴ-ի դատավորներին՝ այսպիսով ավարտելով իշխանությունների կամակատար ՍԴ կազմավորելու գործընթացը:
Ըստ Գրիգորյանի «տեսության», պետք է արձանագրել, որ 2015 թ.-ի Սահմանադրությամբ 2018 թ. ապրիլից հետո կա դատավորի 7 թափուր տեղ (խոսքը դարձյալ դատավոր-անդամ բառախաղի մասին է)։
Ու որքան էլ իրավաբանների գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը (այդ թվում, ի դեպ, իշխանության մեջ) վստահ է, որ սա իրավաբանության հետ կապ չունեցող, բացարձակ անօրինական մոտեցում է, այդուամենայնիվ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ներկայումս այն դարձյալ քննարկման փուլում է, ընդ որում՝որպես քննարկվող տարբերակներից ամենաանցավը:
