Հոկտեմբերի 3-ի գիշերը Նոր Խարբերդի 16-րդ փողոցից «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն էին տեղափոխվել 35-ամյա մի տղամարդ ու 20-ամյա մի երիտասարդ։ Նրանց վրաերթի ենթարկած վարորդը, «Օպել»-ը թողնելով դեպքի վայրում, հեռացել էր։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ոստիկանությունից:

 

Մեքենան տեղափոխվել է ճանապարհային ոստիկանության պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։ Ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել էին ոչ միայն վարորդի ինքնությունը, այլև դեպքի վերաբերյալ նոր հանգամանքներ։

Ավագ օպերլիազոր Արծրուն Միքայելյանի խոսքով՝ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստացել, որ «Օպելը» վարած 30-ամյա տղամարդն ու վրաերթի ենթարկված անձինք դեպքից մի քանի րոպե առաջ վիճել են, որն ուղեկցվել է փոխադարձ հարվածներով։ Այս միջադեպից հետո 30-ամյա տղամարդը իր «Օպելով» դիտավորյալ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով վրաերթի է ենթարկել Նոր Խարբերդի 16-րդ փողոցում հավաքված անձանց։

 

Դեպքի առթիվ տարածքային քննչական բաժնում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել՝ երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանության փորձի ու խուլիգանության հատկանիշներով։ Հետագա միջոցառումներով Շենգավիթի քրեական հետախույզները հայտնաբերել էին «Օպել»-ի վարորդին ու կասկածանքով բերման ենթարկել բաժին։ Նոր Խարբերդի բնակիչ, 30-ամյա տղամարդը ներկայացվել է դեպքի նախաքննությունը վարող մարմնին ու ձերբակալվել։ Հոկտեմբերի 19-ին նա կալանավորվել ու տեղափոխվել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
