37 տարեկանում մահացել է դատախազ Հեղինե Բադալյանը

Ցավով տեղեկացնում ենք, որ տեւական հիվանդությունից 37 տարեկան հասակում կյանքից հեռացել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության միջազգային-իրավական համագործակցության վարչության դատախազ, արդարադատության երկրորդ դասի խորհրդական Հեղինե Սարգսի Բադալյանը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։

«Այդ կապակցությամբ ցավակցական խոսք է հղել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը.

«Խորը ցավով տեղեկացա մեր սիրելի գործընկեր, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության միջազգային-իրավական համագործակցության վարչության դատախազ, արդարադատության երկրորդ դասի խորհրդական Հեղինե Բադալյանի անժամանակ մահվան մասին:

Չափազանց ծանր եւ դժվար է ափսոսանքի, սփոփանքի խոսքեր գտնել երիտասարդ, կյանքի բերկրանքը լիարժեք չզգացած մարդու, առավելեւս գործընկերոջ կորստի դեպքում:

Իր մարդկային նկարագրով, համեստությամբ, բոլորի հետ հաղորդակցվելու կարողությամբ ու անկեղծությամբ Հեղինե Բադալյանը վայելում էր ողջ կոլեկտիվի սերն ու հարգանքը: Նա մշտապես աչքի է ընկել իր պարտականությունների կատարմանը, իր առջեւ դրվող խնդիրներին մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ մոտենալու հատկությամբ, անխոնջ, անտրտունջ աշխատանքով, բարեխճությամբ ու հոգատարությամբ:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում, իր հետ աշխատած, իրեն ճանաչած մարդկանց սրտերում Հեղինե Բադալյանը լույսի շող, ջերմություն, բարություն եւ թանկ հուշեր թողեց, ինչպես նաեւ դառը կսկիծ՝ իր չվայելած երիտասարդության, կյանքի եւ կիսատ թողած երազանքների համար:

Անձամբ իմ եւ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության ողջ անձնակազմի կողմից ցավակցում եմ մեր սիրելի գործընկերոջ հարազատներին, ընկերներին, մտերիմներին այս անդառնալի, խիստ անժամանակ եւ ծանր կորստի համար: Համբերություն ու տոկունություն եմ մաղթում այս դժվարին պահին»:

Կենսագրությունը

Հեղինե Բադալյանը ծնվել էր 1982թ. օգոստոսի 14-ին Երեւան քաղաքում:

1999-2005թթ. սովորել է Հայաստանի պետական ճարտարագիտական համալսարանում՝ ստանալով պետական եւ մունիցիպալ կառավարման բակալավրի, ապա մագիստրոսի աստիճաններ:

2007-2010թթ. սովորել է Երեւանի մենեջմենթի համալսարանում՝ ստանալով իրավաբանի կրթություն:

2011-2013թթ. սովորել է Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարանում եւ ստացել իրավագիտության մագիստրոսի աստիճան:

Աշխատանքային գործունեությունն սկսել է 2003 թվականի օգոստոսից՝ Մտավոր սեփականության գործակալությունում՝ որպես խմբագիր:

2003-2013թթ. աշխատել է Արդարադատության նախարարությունում՝ նախ որպես աշխատակազմի իրավական ակտերի փորձաքննության վարչության տնտեսական օրենսդրության բաժնի առաջին կարգի մասնագետ, ապա աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի օգնական, նախարարի տեղակալի օգնական:

2013թ. տեղափոխվել է դատախազության համակարգ՝ նախ որպես ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի օգնական, ապա՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության աշխատակազմի քարտուղարության գլխավոր մասնագետ:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի 2018թ. ապրիլի 7-ի հրամանով նշանակվել էր ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության միջազգային-իրավական համագործակցության վարչության դատախազ՝ ստանալով արդարադատության երկրորդ դասի խորհրդականի դասային աստիճան:

Հ.Գ. Հոգեհանգստի արարողությունը տեղի կունենա հոկտեմբերի 23-ին՝ ժամը 18.00-ին՝ Նոր-Նորքի Սուրբ Սարգիս եկեղեցում»,-նշել է նա:
