Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի պաշտոնից ազատված Արտակ Նահապետյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

 

«Սիրելի′ հայրենակիցներ, ՀՀ ԱԻՆ պատվարժան ծառայակիցներ և հայ փրկարար,

 

Մեկ տարի և չորս ամիս առաջ ՀՀ Գլխավոր Գերագույն Հրամանատարի որոշմամբ ես ստանձնեցի Փրկարար Ծառայության տնօրենի պաշտոնը: Այդ ժամանակահատվածը այնքան էլ մեծ չէր մեր բոլոր նպատակները կյանքի կոչելու և իրականություն դարձնելու համար, սակայն ընդարձակ, արդյունավետ, խորը, միասնական և թիմային աշխատանքի շրջափուլ էր թե ինձ համար, թե հայ փրկարարի համար:

 

Երախտագիտության խոսքս հայտնում եմ ՀՀ ԱԻՆ և հատկապես Փրկարար Ծառայության ողջ անձնակազմին իրականացված արդյունավետ գործունեության համար, որն ուղղված է եղել այս յուրահատկություններ ունեցող բարդ ոլորտում աղետների ռիսկի, կանխարգելման, խոցելիության բացահայտման ու բնակչության պատրաստվածության մակարդակի բարձրացմանն ու մեր քաղաքացիների կյանքն առավել անվտանգ դարձնելուն:

 

 

 

Առավել շնորհակալ եմ քեզ՝ հայ փրկարար. քո ազնիվ ու անմարդկային բարդ ծառայության համար՝ օդում, ջրում ու ցամաքում: Դու ամեն օր խոհեմ ու անձնուրաց կատարել ես քո աշխատանքը՝ առանց երախտագիտության կամ պարգևի անկնալիքի: Դու փրկել ես կյանքեր, կանխել ես ողբերգություններ: Բազմաշերտ է Քո կերպարը. հերոսություն, մարդասիրություն, խիզախություն ու անկոտրուն կամք է ամփոփում: Այս կերպարն իր աներկյուղ արտացոլանքը գտավ իմ մեջ ու ես այն վերցնում եմ ինձ հետ: Կարճ ժամանակում Իմ ու Քո բեղմնավոր աշխատանքը տվեց իր ծիլերը՝ Քո հայրենակիցները ճանաչեցին Քեզ, հայ Փրկարար, իրազեկվեցին պատշաճ ու գիտակցեցին Քո օրհնյալ աշխատանքի վսեմությունը ու Քո փրկարար ձեռքերը աղոթք դարձան ժողովրդիդ շուրթերին: Դու՝ հայ Փրկարար, դարձար արժեք, անսասան վեհություն ու փառքի ճանապարհ:

 

ՀՀ Գլխավոր Գերագույն Հրամանատարի որոշմամբ՝ ես հեռանում եմ Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի պաշտոնից և շարունակում եմ Հայրենիքիս ծառայելու իմ առաքելությունը:
