ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում կատարված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են 45-ամյա տղամարդու կողմից առերևույթ խուլիգանություն կատարելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:

 

Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2019 թվականի հունիսի 17-ին «Արմենիա» ՀԲԿ բուժօգնության տեղափոխված 1973թ-ին ծնված տղամարդը, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք է դրսևորել բժշկական կենտրոնի աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ՝ հնչեցնելով սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ, կոպիտ կերպով խախտել է հասարակական կարգը, որը զուգորդվել է շտապօգնության վարորդի հետ վիճաբանությամբ:

 

 

Նույն օրը 45-ամյա տղամարդուն բժշկական կենտրոնից բերման են ենթարկել ՀՀ ոստիկանության բաժին, որտեղ վերջինս շարունակել է բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորել ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ՝ նրանց հասցեին հնչեցնելով սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, որը նախաքննություն իրականացնելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:

 

Բացի այդ, 2019 թվականին հոկտեմբերի 21-ին, 45-ամյա տղամարդը Երևան քաղաքի Շինարարներ փողոցում գտնվող բանջարեղենի խանութում տեսնելով ոստիկանության աշխատակցին, վերհիշել է նախկինում կատարվածը և անտեսելով ներկա գտնվող անձանց, սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել վերջինիս հասցեին:

 

Նշված դեպքի առթիվ ևս հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Որոշում է կայացվել նշված քրեական գործերն  միացնելու, և նախաքննությունը մեկ վարույթում շարունակելու մասին:

 

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 45-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով /2 դրվագ/: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը:
