Չինաստանը փորձում է ԱՄՆ-ին ծնկի բերել: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ նախագահի առեւտրի հարցերով խորհրդական Պիտեր Նավարոն:

 

«Մենք գործ ունենք ռազմավարական մրցակցի հետ, եւ նրանք փորձում են մեր ծնկները ծալել»,- CNN-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասել է Նավարոն: Նա նշել է, որ Չինաստանի տնտեսությունը «տառապում» է՝ հիշատակելով 1992 թվականից երկրում տնտեսական աճի ամենացածր մակարդակը: «Մեզ մոտ գործազրկության ամենացածր մակարդակն է այն ժամանակից, երբ մարդը քայլեց Լուսնի վրա»,- ասել է Նավարոն:

 

 

Սակայն Միացյալ Նահանգների եւ Չինաստանի միջեւ անկանոն առեւտրային պատերազմը նաեւ խորացրել է գլոբալ տնտեսական անկումը եւ բացասաբար անդրադարձել ամերիկյան արդյունաբերության վրա: ԱՄՆ արտադրական հատվածը սեպտեմբերին վերապրել է տասնամյակում իր ամենավատթար ամիսը: Գլխավոր տնօրենները եւ տնտեսագետները մեղքը բարդել են Չինաստանի հետ առեւտրային պատերազմի վրա:

 

Ֆերմերները հայտնվել են խաչաձեւ կրակի տակ. Չինաստանն ի պատասխան մաքսատուրքերի սահմանման՝ դադարեցրել էր սոյայի եւ այլ գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի գնումները:

 

Նավարոն ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Չինաստանի միջեւ առեւտրային բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ արտահայտել է զգուշավոր լավատեսություն:

 

«Մենք հիմա համաձայնագրի առաջին փուլի ճանապարհին ենք,- ասել է Նավարոն: - Ինչպես նախագահը բազմիցս ասել է՝ մենք կա՛մ կստանանք գերազանց գործարք, կա՛մ չենք ստանա: Տեսնենք, թե ինչ կստացվի»:

 

Նավարոն շեշտել է, որ Չինաստանի հետ մարտը ոչ թե պարզապես առեւտրային պատերազմ է, խոսքը վերաբերում է ավելի լայն հարցերի լուծման փորձերին, ներառյալ մտավոր սեփականություն գողությունը, արժույթով մանիպուլյացիաները եւ Միացյալ Նահանգներ ֆենտանիլի մատակարարումները: «Ձեր համակարգիչներն ամեն օր վտանգի են ենթարկվում այն պատճառով, որ Չինաստանի կառավարության պաշտոնյաները դրանք կոտրում են, որ ձեր տեղեկությունները գողանան: Բանը առետուրը չէ»,- ասել է նա:
