Այսօր 1999 թվականի Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի ոճրագործության 20-րդ տարելիցն է:

20 տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած ոճրագործության արդյունքում զոհվեցին ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանը, ՀՀ վարչապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանը, ԱԺ փոխնախագահներ Յուրի Բախշյանը եւ Ռուբեն Միրոյանը, ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Արմենակ Արմենակյանը, Հենրիկ Աբրահամյանը, Միքայել Քոթանյանը եւ օպերատիվ հարցերով նախարար (փաստացի իրականացրել է փոխվարչապետի գործառույթներ) Լեոնարդ Պետրոսյանը:

Զինված անձինք էին Նաիրի Հունանյանը, Կարեն Հունանյանը, Էդուարդ Գրիգորյանը, Վռամ Գալստյանը, Դերենիկ Բեջանյանը:

Հոկտեմբերի 27-ին տեղի ունեցած գործողությունների ղեկավարը Նաիրի Հունանյանն էր: Հետագայում Նաիրի Հունանյանը ցուցմունք տվեց և հայտարարեց, թե ինքը պետական մակարդակով ահաբեկչական ծրագրեր է ունեցել 1991 թվականին, բայց հանգամանքների բերումով չի կարողացել իրագործել:

Նշենք, որ «հոկտեմբերի 27-ի» գործով դատավճիռը հրապարակվել է 2003 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին:

Կենտրոնի դատարանի վճռով՝ 6 անձ դատապարտվել է  ցմահ, մեկ անձ՝ 14 տարվա ազատազրկման:

Վեց դատապարտյալները, այդ թվում` նրանց ղեկավար Նաիրի Հունանյանը, նրա եղբայր Կարեն Հունանյանը, նրա մորեղբայրը՝ Վռամ Գալստյանը, Դերենիկ Բեջանյանը, Էդիկ Գրիգորյանը և Աշոտ Կնյազյանը դատապարտվել են ցմահ ազատազրկման: Համլետ Ստեփանյանը դատապարտվել է 14 տարվա ազատազրկման:

Ցմահ դատապարտվածներից ողջ են Նաիրի և Կարեն Հունանյանները, Դերենիկ Բեջանյանը, Աշոտ Կնյազյանը: Վռամ Գալստյանն ըստ պաշտոնական վարկածի՝   2004 թ-ի ապրիլի 27-ին ինքնասպան է եղել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի մենախցում:

Գործով 14 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված Համլետ Ստեփանյանը    մահացել է 2010թ-ի մայիսին՝ սրտի կաթվածից:

Գործով մեղադրյալներից Նորայր Եղիազարյանը մահացել է նախքան դատավճռի հրապարակումը՝ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի իր խցում էլեկտրահարվելու հետևանքով:

Էդուարդ Գրիգորյանը մահացել է 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 3-ին «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնում:

Ամբաստանյալները մեղավոր էին ճանաչվել ՔՕ-ի 300 (Պետական իշխանությունը յուրացնելը), 305 (Պետական, քաղաքական կամ հասարակական գործչի սպանությունը), 34-305 (Իշխանությունը յուրացնելու փորձ), 217 (Ահաբեկչություն), 133 (Ազատությունից ապօրինի զրկելը), 235 (Ապօրինի զենք ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, կրելը) հոդվածներով:
