«Ես առաջին շահագրգռվածն եմ, որ «Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի» գործը բացահայտվի, եթե դեռեւս չի բացահայտվել եւ եթե կան անձինք, որոնք ուղղորդել են, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին, «Եռաբլուր» պանթեոնում ասել է պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը՝ պատասխանելով Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործի վերաբացման անհրաժեշտության մասին հարցին։
«Հիմա նստած, դատապարտված մարդիկ կան, ոնց թե գործը չի բացահայտվել։ Դատաքննությունն այնքանով, որ ավարտվել է, համարում եմ ավարտված, մնացած խնդիրների վերաբերյալ ես հիմա խոսել չեմ կարող։ Եթե ժամանակի ընթացքում նոր փաստեր ի հայտ գան, միգուցե փոփոխություն կատարվի։ Ժամանակի խնդիր է, հնարավոր չի՝ չբացահայտվի», ասել է Դ.Տոնոյանը, ավելացնելով, որ նման հանցագործություններ են եղել, որոնք բացահայտվել են 40-50 տարի հետո ։
