Ներկել ճերմակ մազերը
Մազերը ներկել կարելի է: Եթե ուզում եք: Եվ այնպիսի գույն, որը ձեզ սազում է: Բայց ոչ թե ճերմակ մազերը թաքցնելու, այլ սեփական արտաքինից հաճույք ստանալու համար:
Կարեւոր գործերը հետաձգել
Գոյություն ունի գործերի դասակարգում: Կարեւոր եւ հրատապ, որոնք պետք է անել հենց հիմա, եւ որոնք ձեզ համար կարեւոր են: Անկարեւոր, բայց հրատապ. առօրյա գործեր, որոնց, ամեն դեպքում, պետք է ժամանակ տրամադրել: Անկարեւոր եւ ոչ հրատապ. ինչ-որ ոչ պարտադիր հիմարությամբ զբաղվել: Եվ, վերջապես, կարեւոր եւ ոչ հրատապ: Սա հենց այն է, ինչը ձեզ իսկապես հետաքրքրում է, բայց սովորաբար դրա համար ժամանակ չի լինում: Օրինակ՝ նկարելը, նոր օտար լեզու սովորելը, պարել սովորելը, ճամփորդելը: Եվ հենց 50 տարեկանից հետո վնասակար է հետաձգել այդ կարեւոր եւ ոչ հրատապ գործերը: Դրանց ժամանակ հատկացրեք եւ կտեսնեք, թե ձեր կյանքը որքան ավելի երջանիկ կլինի:
Ամաչել սխալների համար
Աշխարհում քիչ կա ավելի հետաքրքիր եւ հանգանքի արժանի բան, քան հասուն մարդը, որն անկեղծորեն պատմում է իր սխալների ու մոլորությունների մասին:
Իրենց երեխաներին եւ թոռներին «նվիրել»
Մեծ երջանկություն է, երբ իսկապես պետք եք ձեր մտերիմներին: Բայց երջանկություն է նաեւ, երբ մտերիմները միմյանց սատարում են իրականացնել երազանքները:
Կրկնել անցածը
Նույնիսկ բառացի իմաստով: Երբ դուք մշտապես Ա կետից Բ կետ եք գնում, ուղեղի աշխատանքի հարցերով մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս պարբերաբար փոխել սովորական դարձած երթուղին: Ուղեղին պետք է մշտապես նոր աշխատանք տալ: Կարեւոր չէ, թե ինչով կզարմացնեք ձեր ուղեղին, կարեւորն ինչ-որ նոր բան սովորեք: Այս խորհրդին պետք է հետեւել ցանկացած տարիքում, բայց 50 տարեկանից հետո այն կենսական նշանակություն է ունենում՝ ուղեղի ակտիվության եւ առողջության համար:
Անհանգստանալ, թե ինչ կմտածեն իրենց մասին
50 տարեկանից հետո դադարում ես անհանգստանալ շրջապատի կարծիքի մասին: Դա շատ է թեթեւացնում կյանքը, օգնում է անել այն, ինչ ուզում ես, այնպիսի տեսք ունենալ, ինչպիսին ուզում ես:
Անգործությունը փողի բացակայությամբ արդարացնել
50 տարեկանից հետո երջանիկ կյանքի մասին ցանկացած պատմության մեջ հաճախակի է հնչում փողի բացակայության մասին բողոքը: Իբր՝ «եթե փող ունենայի, ինչեր կկարողանայի»: Այդ պատճառով մենք հաճախ ենք պատմություններ գրում մարդկանց մասին, որոնք կարողանում են նաեւ առանց փողի: Ավելի ճիշտ, երբ ինչ-որ բանելու ցանկություն է լինում, փող ինչ-որ տեղից գտնվում է:
