Վերջին օրերին մամուլում տեղեկատվություն էր շրջանառվում, ըստ որի՝ քաղաքական ուժերը որոշել են հանդես գալ մի նախաձեռնությամբ, որով հանրային օրակարգ կբերվի ՍԴ դատավոր Վահե Գրիգորյանի լիազորությունները դադարեցնելու հարցը, քանի որ վերջինս դատավոր դառնալուց հետո չի մասնակցել որևէ դատական նիստի, բայց լիարժեքորեն օգտվել է պետության կողմից օրենքով իրեն վերապահված հնարավորություններից (ծառայողական ավտոմեքենա, բենզին, հեռախոսի համար հատկացված գումար, պարգևավճար, աշխատավարձ և այլն)։ 

Փաստացի պետությունը Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ վերաբերվում է՝ ինչպես սահմանված է օրենքով, իսկ ահա Գրիգորյանը նույնկերպ չի վերաբերվում պետությանը։

Ի դեպ, այս նախաձեռնության մեջ ներառված են նաև արտախորհրդարանական քաղաքական կուսակցություններ, որոնք օրերս հնարավոր է հանդես գան նաև ընդհանուր հայտարարությամբ։ 

Ստեղծված իրավիճակն իշխանությունների կողմից բավական ցավոտ է ընդունվել, քանի որ հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմակիցների «անխոնջ ջանքերի» շնորհիվ Գրիգորյանը հնարավորություն ստացավ դառնալ ՍԴ դատավոր, ու հենց այդ պատճառով շաբաթ օրը Վանաձորի օրվա միջոցառման շրջանակում Փաշինյանը Վանաձորում «թեթևակի» հանդիպում է ունեցել իր թիմի առանցքային ներկայացուցիչների հետ և այս առիթով հայտնել իր մտահոգությունները։ 

Թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նա հորդորել է Գրիգորյանի հետ առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում հանդիպում կազմակերպել և հանգամանալից քննարկել ընդհանուր վիճակը, ինչպես նաև հետագա քայլերի հաջորդականությունը։ 

Այնպես որ, չի բացառվում, որ Վահե Գրիգորյանը ստիպված լինի գնալ աշխատանքի և կատարել իր պարտավորությունները։
