Այսօր ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության և ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության աշխատակիցները այցելել են Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի Նոր Արեշ 11 փողոցի 63 տուն, որտեղ, ըստ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների, 2005 թվականի սեպտեմբեր ամսին տեղի է ունեցել առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանություն, և սպանության հետքերը կոծկելու նպատակով սպանությունը կատարողը դին թաղել է տան նկուղում՝ մոտ 1.5 մետր խորության մեջ։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Shamshyan.com–ը, հատուկ մասնագետները, փորելով նշված վայրը, այնտեղից դուրս են բերել մարդկային ոսկորներ, գանգ, կոշիկ, քրքրված հագուստներ։
Կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ սպանվածը նույն հասցեի բնակիչ՝ 82-ամյա Նինա Յաղուտյանն է, իսկ նշված սպանությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով Էրեբունու ոստիկանների կողմից բաժին է բերման ենթարկվել 46-ամյա Վարդան Սիմոնյանը։ Նա իր զոհին խեղդամահ է արել, մինչ այդ էլ փորձել է հոսանքահարելու միջոցով սպանել, սակայն, տեսնելով, որ զոհը հոսանքից չի մահացել, խեղդել ու թաղել է տան նկուղում։
