Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գրիգորի  Մարտիրոսյանը հոկտեմբերի 29-ին հրավիրել է ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն՝ նվիրված ձմռան նախապատրաստական ու գյուղատնտեսական ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին: ԱՀ պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժին:

 

Առանձին զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել Ստեփանակերտի փոխքաղաքապետն ու շրջվարչակազմի պատասխանատուները՝ ներկայացնելով ձմռան ժամանակահատվածում համայնքների բնականոն գործունեությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ առայսօր կատարված աշխատանքները և տեղերում առկա խնդիրները: Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության տնօրենը ներկայացրել է ջեռուցման սեզոնին ընդառաջ հանրապետությունում իրականացվող տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձաքննությունների ընթացքը: Պետական նախարարը առաջարկել է արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայությանը շրջվարչակազմերի և Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետարանի հետ աշխատանքային ժամանակացույց սահմանել՝ անհրաժեշտ փորձաքննություններն ավարտելու նպատակով, ինչպես նաև ուսումնասիրել Արցախում վերջին 10 տարվա ընթացքում ջերմաստիճանային փոփոխությունները: Վերջինս անհրաժեշտ է ջեռուցման սեզոնի մեկնարկի պայմանական ժամկետ սահմանելու առաջարկությունը համալիր քննարկելու նպատակով: Պետնախարարը հանձնարարել է իր ենթակայության ոլորտների պատասխանատուներին առկա տեխնիկական ու փաստաթղթային խնդիրներին լուծում տալ ժամանակին՝ որոշ կրթական հաստատություններում նորակառույց կաթսայատները շահագործման հանձնելու նպատակով: Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը լսել է նաև բնապահպանության և բնական ռեսուրսների նախարարի ներկայացրած փայտի մթերման և իրացման մասին տեղեկատվությունը:

 

 

Ընդլայնված կազմով խորհրդակցությանը քննարկվել է նաև գյուղատնտեսական ընթացիկ աշխատանքները: Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի ներկայացրած օպերատիվ տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2020թ. բերքի տակ իրականացվել է 47260 հա հերկ, որը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավել է 11480 հա-ով և ցանվել է  11 733 հա աշնանացան հացահատիկ: Հիմնականում ավարտվել են եգիպտացորենի և արևածաղկի բերքահավաքի աշխատանքները: Պտղաբուծության ոլորտում խաղողի համախառն բերքը կազմել է 1148.5 տ, միջին բերքատվությունը ՝64.3ց/հա, 1850 հա նռան այգիների 847.7 հա բերքատու այգիներից բերքահավաք է իրականացվել 645.8 հա-ի վրա, համախառն բերքը կազմել է 3079.8 տ, միջին բերքատվությունը՝ 47.7ց/հա:
