Թովմասյանի ձերբակալությունը կանխվեց.որքա՞ն ժամանակով

Դատաիրավական համակարգի, մասնավորաբար ՍԴ-ի շուրջ ընթացող զարգացումները ՀՀ սահմաններից փաստացի դուրս են եկել՝ դառնալով միջազգային հանրության կողմից քննարկվող թեմա։ 

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, երեկ առավոտյան ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից քաղաքական որոշում է եղել՝ ձերբակալել Հրայր Թովմասյանին, ապա միանգամից մտնել դատարան՝ կալանավորման թույլտվություն ստանալու։

Սակայն, ինչպես հայտնում է թերթի աղբյուրը, նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած դեպքերը խառնել են իշխանությունների խաղաքարտերը։ 

Նախ՝ Թովմասյանի և ՍԴ շուրջ գործընթացների մասին ռեպորտաժ ներկայացրեց ռուսական «Ռոսիա 24» հեռուստաալիքը՝ առաջ տանելով այն թեզը, որ Թովմասյանին ձերբակալելու ոչ մի իրավական հիմք չկա, քանի որ նա ի պաշտոնե անձեռնմխելի է և տեղի ունեցողը քաղաքական գործընթացներ են։ 

Երեկ երեկոյան հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ նաև Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ջիանի Բուքիքիոն, ով բավականին կոշտ քննադատության էր ենթարկել ՀՀ իշխանություններին։ 

Բուքիքիոն հայտարարում է, թե՝ «չափազանց անհանգստացած եմ մի կողմից կառավարության ու Ազգային ժողովի, մյուս կողմից՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանի միջև եղած բացահայտ կոնֆլիկտով»:

Նման արձագանքներն էլ ստիպել են իշխանություններին առայժմ չգնալ կտրուկ գործողությունների, որոնք կստիպեն միջազգային կառույցներին էլ ավելի կոշտ ու առարկայական քննադատել իրենց: Սակայն թե որքան ժամանակ կտևի այս «պաուզան», դեռևս պարզ չէ:

Ի դեպ, անկարևոր չէ նշել, որ նախօրեին իշխանություններն արդեն սկսել էին հրապարակ նետել թեզ, թե Հրայր Թովմասյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրելու և կալանավորելու հարցում ՍԴ-ի համաձայնությունը պետք չէ, չնայած իրավաբանների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը պնդում է՝ ոչ թե պետք է, այլ պարտադիր է ու օրենքի պահանջ։
