Լարված իրավիճակ՝ ԱԺ-ում․ սեւազգեստ մայրերից մեկը բաժակով ջուրը լցրեց քննիչի վրա

ԱԺ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 31-ին նիստ էր հրավիրված, որպեսզի քննարկվեին տարբեր տարիներին սահմանապահ դիրքերում զոհված զինվորների մայրերի պահանջները, սակայն իրավիճակը լարվեց:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ նրանք պահանջում են, որպեսզի բացահայտվեն իրենց որդիների մահվան հանգամանքները:

 

Զոհված զինվորիների գործերով զբաղվող քննիչների, հանձնաժողովի մյուս անդամների եւ զոհված զինծառայողների միջեւ վիճաբանություն սկսվեց. ծնողները մեղադրում էին քննիչներին՝ իրենց զավակների գործերի ուղղությամբ տարվող քննության տեմպերից՝ հայտարարելով, որ գործը չի բացահայտվում մինչեւ վերջ, իսկ քննիչները նշում էին, որ այս պայմաններում քննարկում կազմակերպել հնարավոր չէ։

 

Նիստը նախագահող  Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը նշեց, որ այս քննարկումը կազմակերպելիս ենթադրում էր, որ նիստը լարված մթնոլորտում է անցնելու, բայց որ այսպիսի մթնոլորտ կլինի՝ չէր պատկերացնում. «Մենք ուզում ենք, որ այս հանձնաժողովը դառնա հարթակ, չեմ ուզում, որ դուք դուրս գաք փողոց, գնաք նախագահական նստավայր կամ այլ վայր, ձեզ քաշքշեն։ Եկեք  իրենց էլ լսենք։ Հասկանում ենք Ձեզ, բայց զսպեք Ձեզ, եկեք լսենք մյուս կողմին, եկեք  կրքերը հանդարտեցնենք»,- ասաց  Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը՝ անընդունելի համարելով  այն, որ ծնողներից մեկը քննիչներից մեկի վրա ջուր լցրեց:

 

Միջադեպից հետո քննիչները հեռացան, իսկ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն առաջարկեց հանձնաժողովի կազմում քննարկել ծնողների և քննիչների հանդիպման այլ ձևաչափ, որպեսզի աշխատանքն արդյունավետ լինի:

 

Քննչական կոմիտեի հատուկ հանձնարարություններով գլխավոր վարչության պետ Արթուր Մելիքյանը նշեց, որ իմաստ չունի դեպքերն առանձին-առանձին քննարկել բոլորի ներկայությամբ:

 

Սեւազգեստ մայրերից մեկն ասաց, որ իր որդուն սպանել են իր հետ հեռախոսով խոսելու ժամանակ:

 

Նշենք, որ սեւազգեստ մայրերը պահանջն է՝ տարբեր տարիներին խաղաղ պայմաններում զոհված իրենց որդիների սպանության հանգամանքների արդար քննություն, եւ, որ նիստին հրավիրեն պաշտպանության նախարարին, արդարադատության նախարարին եւ ռազմական ոստիկանության պետին։
